Apple Watch and Health integration
As the Activ5 system is integrated with both Apple Health and Apple Watch, it can track your daily Activ5 activity as part of functional strength training, exercise time and active energy burned. The Activ5 app for the Apple Watch also allows tracking of your heart rate and activity as part of your daily metrics.
Isometric exercises and increasing strength
Isometric exercises involve holding muscle contractions for longer periods of time and are helpful for building strength and toning muscles all over the body.
