      Lightning Fast Faults!

I still have at least 8 '30 pin' cables for iPods, iPhones & iPads, which have all lasted all this time, with not one fault. Since my partner and I bought eac I still have at least 8 '30 pin' cables for iPods, iPhones & iPads, which have all lasted all this time, with not one fault. Since my partner and I bought each other the iPhone 5 in January, we've had 3 faulty 'Lightning' cables each. Yes, Apple will replace them under the warranty, providing you return the faulty one! If not, they will relieve your credit card of £15.00 and leave you with yet another cable which will break within a month. This is clearly a very poor design and one which needs to be addressed by Apple immediately. Come on guys. Your quality control is going down the pan here!

      Very cheap quality.

I bought my iPhone 5 in November last year, and tomorrow I have to go replace my cable for the 3rd time. When will Apple design one of a better quality, that do I bought my iPhone 5 in November last year, and tomorrow I have to go replace my cable for the 3rd time. When will Apple design one of a better quality, that doesn't stop working after a few weeks? I refuse to spend any more money on these cables and will be sending a complaint.

Monday. Took faulty cable back to shop and exchanged for another. Faulty again in exactly the same way. Is there a problem with this batch? Would I be better buying a Belkin cable?

Steve Jobs must be rolling over in his grave!

And you'd think with all the 1 star reviews you'd actually DO something about fixing the fault! I've been through FOUR of these already - ALL have died. That's 4 x £20 = **£80** for cables - cheaply made cables with extortionate price tags! I tried to get around this issue by investing in a sturdy and reliable Belkin cable but of course after the iOS updates it was rendered useless. So that's another £30 lost trying to run your stupid iPhone. If you're going to force customers to buy your cables by making them the only thing we can use, at least be sure they WORK! Total monopoly. Well done for pushing customers to Android for something so simple to get right.
