Turning them on, the At nearly £170, these are the most expensive in-ear earphones Beats make. They don’t feel like £170 worth of kit. They feel a bit cheap. Turning them on, they instantly paired with my iPhone 7 and Apple Watch. Perfect. All the music i tested them on was via Apple Music with the EQ off. Most of the time, they deliver a very clean sound with rich bass without distortion. Any tinny or rough edged tracks seemed to be down to poor track quality on Apple Music, Switching the earphones for another pair didn't help so it was the individual track rather than the kit. After a while, the fitting on my ear started to ache a little. Designing an ear piece for every ear is going to be impossible and I found myself having to move them around a little to stop the ache. The remote is fine - on the opposite side to Apples ear buds so you’ll have to get used to that if use an ear bud user. The remote function fails a lot. You’re supposed to hold down for Siri to kick in but more than 50% of the time it fails. This seems to be an issue with iOS10, rather than the earphones. Turning your phone on and off resolves the issue - turning the earphones on and off does not. Drop-outs - I experienced no drop outs playing music via iPhone. The same cannot be said for Apple Watch. I use Series 2 and during my workouts, sound would dropped regularly for a few seconds before kicking back in. Odd. Pros - easy set-up on iPhone and Apple Watch Good clean sound Cons: Expensive Slightly uncomfortable Software a bit buggy at the moment

Took them into the Apple Store today and they offered an exchange for a pair of these new Powerbeats3. Setup was ridiculously easy - turn them on and your iPhone asks if you want to pair them... click Continue and that's it. Well, not quite. When I got home I was surprised to notice that these new earphones were already showing up in the Bluetooth pane of my iPad, MacBook Pro and Apple Watch! They can all connect to them (one at a time, but they all paired off the one time setup with the iPhone). Very very cool, and already can see the benefits. Sound quality is great: they've slightly changed the angle of the ear bit and it feels a lot more secure than the v2's I had. Choose the right earbud carefully and spend however long it takes trying ALL the earbuds, using the same song each time you change so you can get a feel of how they sound. All in all I'm glad I got these, the battery life is advertised at 12 hours, I don't have mine very loud so hope to hit that figure.

The sound is good So ive had this product for around 2 weeks now. Firstly, Amazing battery life, charging is fast and the pairing in really easy with an iphone. The sound is good, not amazing but no bad either, but paying £170 i expect better. In that sense you can get much better but then again it isnt much of a big deal. Also the wireless connection is amazing can leave my phone in the locker at gym and it will work perfectly all the way to the other side of the gym. At home i can go as far as my living room without it cutting off but my house isnt very big. However, the fit isnt perfect as it says it is, which is the reason i brought this product. It shows that it wont fall out however my left ear does at times, not fully but i still need to put it back in place when running, which is something i dont like doing. But by changing earbuds i could tell there was a difference, by using my old earbuds on my old headphones , so it may be worth fiddling around and trying other buds. So overall it isnt too bad but its not worth £170, but then again i am paying for the brand, and the aesthetics of its quite nice, so maybe if the price was lower i would give it 5*. I do reccomend this product if you need wireless headphomes and use it at the gym, if youre buying it for causal use i would suggest not buying it. 8.5/10

I wanted something sturdy to wear during the gym or when out walking and these are perfect. They block out sounds of other people at the gym so I don't get distracted but when out walking it doesn't completely block out noise, which I find great because it still makes me aware while listening to music or playing a podcast. The volume control is easily accessible and they fit like a charm. I can't rate them highly enough.

Now I have to charge then for a few hours to get 30 minutes use. Big waste of money. I wish I’d read the reviews before I bought them. Seems 9 out of 10 people have the same problem. Don’t buy!

Do not buy if you sweat at all

Returned my 4th pair today. If you buy these get them from Target or Walmart so they don't give you a hassle when (they will die for sure) they give out in less Returned my 4th pair today. If you buy these get them from Target or Walmart so they don't give you a hassle when (they will die for sure) they give out in less than 90 days. I've read the reviews about these malfunctioning due to sweating ( sweatproof right Apple?) , I've even made sure to wipe them constantly at the gym to avoid too much moisture accumulating on these faulty headphones. Did that work, no of course not, this is the 4th pair of headphones . Just got home yesterday after using them just fine. Charged and the next day before gym I have the infamous "blinking white light" that is all too notorious for these headphones. Do yourself a favor and don't buy these unless you absolutely aren't using them for any type of physical activity outside of walking around your house casually. I don't write reviews for anything but I've had enough of these garbage bucket headphones. Apple and Beats need to recall these seriously.
