  • Overview

Beddit Sleep Monitor automatically tracks your sleep and works with the Beddit app on your iPhone to help measure, manage and improve your sleep. The sensor strip is extremely thin, flat and soft — at 2 millimetres thin, you won’t even notice it’s there. With automatic and accurate tracking, you get a full picture of your night by measuring sleep time, heart rate, breathing, snoring,* and bedroom temperature and humidity. And when you set daily bedtime and sleep time goals, Beddit motivates you to achieve them with tip notifications like morning results, bedtime reminders and weekly reports.

This product requires the Beddit (for Model 3.5) app, which is available only in English.

It's also limited in features, and the app repeatedly gives the same 'introductions' again and again. If you don't sleep in the bed each night (I travel for work a lot) then just going to bed in your own bed wont make it pick up sleep tracking again, it gives up tracking until you re-open the app when you get home. Most recently my sensor has completely stopped tracking sleep.

      Great Piece of Kit

Absolutely worth the money! To help everyone out regarding other reviews... Apple removed dynamic alarm and Deep vs Light sleep tracking because it's a lot hard Absolutely worth the money! To help everyone out regarding other reviews... Apple removed dynamic alarm and Deep vs Light sleep tracking because it's a lot harding to get accurate levels for those measurements. Past Beddit's and Apps for iPhone/Apple Watch merely guess based on heart rate and movement which isn't the most accurate, especially if you share the bed with someone else. I'd rather Apple remove something like this gimmick to ensure accurate information for £140+ tech and not just a product guesstimating information. This new Beddit is a lot more accurate and measuring vitals and sleep and I highly recommend it to everyone!
