    No. This adaptor is not compatible with the 12" MacBook at all.

  • This adapter is not compatible with the 12" MacBook as it does not have Thunderbolt. Charging is not a feature of Thunderbolt 2 regardless.

  • No. This is not an adapter for charging at all, it is an adapter to use Thunderbolt 2 products; it is not compatible at all with the 12" MacBook since that product does not have ThunderBolt.
