    Look good but don't work

These headphones really are very poor.

    Very Disappointed

These headphones were very disappointing. The medium earbuds feel too small, whilst the large way too big. They never seem to fill your ear properly, completely ruining the sound cancelling feature of the earbuds. There doesn't seem to be any bass to them either. Would recommend sticking to the more established headphone brands than wasting your money on these.

Just an awful product, bad sound quality and broken after <6 months.

The sound quality is only slightly better than you get from the standard headphones, and that's only because the buds attenuate.
Massively overpriced, £65 for a pair that sound worse than a £20 set of Sennheisers.
Expect them to break in a short space of time! very poor build and cheap components. The left ear buzzed out after just 6 months of normal use, tried all the usual tricks to get it back but nope - damaged diaphragm.
Don't for one second believe these 5* reviews, it seriously must be an Indian "like/review" centre churning them out because I have no clue how someone could be so happy with these to give them a perfect score!

    These are terrible

There is no bass whatsoever. Complete waste of money.

In comparison, the sony ear phones I bought for £15 are 10x better

    DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

These sound fantastic - Try foam tips!

The ear tips that ship with these headphones detract from what is otherwise, a really great sounding product.(I should have knocked off one star...Apple should ship these with optional foam tips for those that can't get along with the silicone ones!)
Initially, I could not get the silicone tips to seal properly and the phones sounded truly awful! Fortunately I had a pair of memory foam tips laying around from a previous set of headphones that fitted and the difference was stunning.
'Comply Whoomp' foam tips are advertised for use these headphones. The foam tips sound so much better than the silicone ones, I am sure there are other makes that will also fit. Buying new tips is adds to the initial cost but the difference in the sound is well worth it.
To sum up, if you can get the seal right on these phones they sound 1000% better. (Better than headphones that have cost me twice the price and have had 5 star reviews!)
Twin drivers; 5Hz to 21kHz, great balanced sound...bargain! (and I never thought I'd ever say that about a bit of Apple kit!)

Lost the silicon bud and it seems no replacement is available

After a few months of use one silicon bud went missing. Checked Q&A here and it seems you can not replace them. Yes I know it comes with replacement but they are not really replacements, they are different sizes and the other sizes just do not work for me: the bud keeps falling off.

The sound did not seem good to me. I even had problems understanding people in a call. I like more the sounds of the original headphones.

There is a "noise reduction effect". I was not aware of this but it works great. Enough to leave my noise reduction big headphones behind and listen to podcast in public transport.
