    Solid all round headphones

    These are solid headphones.
From the build to a balanced bass boosted sound which suit most genres and the portability of swivel cups and travel case, the inflation of the cost of headphones is here so I would say the price is fair for what your getting I only improvement I would add is aptx Bluetooth for the wireless people among us

    Heavy and uncomfortable headphones

I've own several headphones before buying this Beats Pro, being the predecessor the Studio 2. What I've found is that using the headphones for too long it causes ear pain, they become very uncomfortable for me. Also their weight, it might seem ok in the beginning but with time they become an extra weight in your head that you wish you didn't had before.

    Beautiful

I have now bought two of the pros. The first one was about 3 years ago and now I have got the black this year. Between these two, I have tried other, similar (price wise) headphones from well known brands. But in my experience, most of the headphones don't come even close to the performance of the Bears Pro.
Yes, they are towards the more expensive ends of the spectrum. But then again, you don't spend that amount of money on a pair of headphones if you are not serious about your music. The one thing that made this my love-at-first-beat pair was the bass. It is not overpowering and it is not meek either. It sort of hits the sweet spot every single time! The only con is that you can not wear this on, say, a 4 hour flight. Your ears will hurt. And the fact that the leather on the ear cups on my first pair sort of disintegrated into a white, thick powder like substance (must be the sweat breaking the leather grain) after 3-4 years of extensive use. That was the entire reason I went for the black one this year. No other faults. The headphones are exquisite and an absolute beauty to listen to equally with spotify or with my vinyl.

    sound nice but un-wearable

The beats pro's are very expensive, they sound good but not revolutinary by any means. The build quality is super strong and they feel great in the hand. The aluminium is excellent. However the heavy hard construction does mean they press tight onto your head when listening. I find myself needing to remove them after 15 minutes of use.
I love using my headphones when watching a film on my macbook. With these it's not possible due to them being so un bearable to wear. I let my father try them a couple of times and he agrees they're just to uncomfy, so i'm not the only one. They're well styled and do have a nice heavy but balanced bass, but still i would recommend staying away from this product!

    Best Headphones I have had

By far the best headphones I have had. I have never any problems with them, and even after a couple of years, they still sound perfect.

    Amazing

Some say that you pay for the brand with Beats, but these Pro ones are amazing and worth every penny. The bass is not too overpowering, just the way I want it: I want the high sounds to come through clear. Everything sounds amazing. Also, the build quality is awesome, there's almost no way to break these even if you travel a lot...they fold into a small space nicely. Noise cancellation isn't the same as in the Studio ones, but it's enough and even in an airplane you can hear just fine, you just have to crank the volume up.
