Connecting them is super easy, even easier than I expected

Now I get why Apple removed the headphone jack -- after using AirPods I'm never going back to wired headphones.

Connecting AirPods wirelessly is effortless, even easier than plugging a cable in. They easily switch between iPhone, Mac, and with a push of a button, even other people's iPhones.

I didn't have to worry about battery life. The charging case keeps enough juice and they charge quickly. Storing them in the little case is so much neater than having a tangled bundle of wires.

They stay in the ear very well. It's definitely one of the best products Apple has produced recently.

    Great sound

I've just bought these today after using a pair of wired Bose earphones. The sound is amazing, just as good as from my Bose ones. They are very light though and can feel a little loose in the ears which is why I've given four stars and not five. But I've ordered a paid of silicone tips from Amazon which should sort this out and make them feel more secure. It's a shame Apple don't offer a paid of tips as standard. Other than that little niggle they are excellent, small and powerful and really easy to paid to my iPhone 8 Plus. Another quality product from Apple.

    Just Wow!

I just bought the Apple AirPods today ( 18/06/2018)

I have been out with them, unboxed them (obviously). And I found that these little things are the best thing to keep around with you. I never ever had anything wrong with them.

Seriously, if you have not already... you need to get them.

It's small and compact which means you can put them in your pocket and just keep them on the go. It is so easy to connect if you have an apple iPhone/Device to connect it to..

Get them now. You will never regret it...

My favorite Apple product since the iPod

These have quickly replaced my much more expensive Bose QC35 headphones as my favorite commute accessory. I wear them constantly. If they were just a little more stable in my ears I’d give a 5-star review (I have trouble keeping almost any in-ear headphones completely secure).

    Extremely practical and well made.

I held off buying these for a year as there wasn't that much customization the Bluetooth settings but now with IOS 11, I am able to program my Airpods to skip tracks and stop the music etc.

I find that they fit my ear perfectly and so were very practical more so than over ear ones which seem to hurt my ears after a while whereas, with these, I don't even feel as though they are in my ears and could happily wear them for hours, though I understand for some people the shape of their ears may mean they find these a bit less comfortable. While the sound quality may not be the best on the market, it is very practical to have truly wireless and practically small headphones as there are no wires to get tangled up.

Therefore, I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for more a practical set of headphones and is not too fussed on the high quality of the sound. Personally, I mainly bought them to sync with my apple products seamlessly and to not have deal with wires just to listen to music.

I never got these for over a year, thinking they sounded like a crazy idea, too expensive, inconvenient, what’s wrong with wires anyway? Etc. I had previously owned a Bluetooth headset.

I will never go back to wires now. These are incredible. They work so seamlessly and flawlessly.

To get the best & loudest sound (which is not that loud) the Pods have to sit in the ear at an unusual angle. Unfortunately this position cannot be held very long and you are constantly trying to re-position them; and impossible to move without dislodging them. More work is needed before these can replace other wireless earphones. Kind of typical of Apple to go to market before they have been truly road-tested. I expect we early adopters will have to wait for the next version and cough up again. Nothing new there then.

I would recommend for anybody who likes the way the EarPods sound (even though the AirPods have a little bit better bass). The only time you should hesitate to buy these is if you exclusively listen to music on very loud environments. These don't cancel audio, which may seem bad at first but it kinda helps when someone calls out to you, or you wanna be aware of your surroundings when you are out on the streets.
Oh, and before you say they're too expensive, look at other truly wireless earphones such as the Jaybird Run, Yevo 1,Bragi Dash. The AirPods are actually the same price/cheaper than a lot of them, so yeah.

I’ll keep it brief: they’re really very good and I’ve not taken them out all day!
Fantastic! Why have they been so understated? Why did it take so long for me to buy them?
Thank you Tim. Brilliant. I love them!

    Typical Apple Product

These are, like other apple products (I have many), expensive for what it is but they work flawlessly and make life easier.

I have wanted these for a while and when I broke my wrist, pulling big headphones apart or untangling cables was a pain literally so I bought these.
They sound better than the included EarPods my iPhone 7 came with but only marginally and not worth the increased cost for sound alone.
the simplicity of pairing and switching between apple devices is amazing and using them with my iwatch is fantastic, simple and light. Unlike my other bluetooth earphones they stay in my ear as there is no cord to pull/tug them out.

To me they are worth the money and fantastic lightweight earphones that give great sound for phone calls/WebEx meetings with a clear microphone compared to others, ease of switching between devices is great and the sound is good but could be better for the price.

    All I ever wanted

Got these along with my first IPhone ever (8), honestly, it’s not nothing like I ever experienced in the technology field. They’re convenient, lightweight, fast and most importantly -smart! I’m literally blown away! I use them everyday, everywhere, the price tag is completely paying off and I have only one regret- that I didn’t bought them earlier.

    I'm definitely a convert

I'd never tried in ear earphones before, every time I've tried them previously they always felt uncomfortable and the sound quality wasn't brilliant. My wife bought me a pair for my birthday and from the outset i've been massively impressed. From opening the case and having my phone immediately tell me the charge status to the excellent sound quality I am yet to find anything to gripe about. Bass response is way better than I expected and the rest of the sound is up to the level of my beloved Bose over ear noise cancellers, I can offer no higher praise re the sound. Sitting listening with them now I can barely even tell they're there, so light and snug fitting. I've taken calls with them and the person at the other end could hear me just fine.
    Very highly recommended.

    Honestly; a game changer

I have had these airpods for a few months now and they still amaze me. I often workout with them (4-5 days a week) and they have never fallen out and go seriously loud. The sound quality better than the standard; more bass and better ranges. They have never run out of charge. They last about 8 hours without going into the case then get another 4/5 charges in the case.

AirPods are excellent. They are lightweight and the sound is very impressive. They are super easy to connect to the Apple Watch, MacBook pro and iPhone. The charging case is nice and small giving you 24hrs charge for the AirPods. The AirPods are a little lose in one ear, but silicon ear pads from Amazon hold them perfectly for running. Shame Apple don't sell them. Only other minor negative is the ear pads don't fit in case. I recently purchased Bose SoundSport Free from Apple, they were rubbish and the left ear kept disconnecting every few seconds; seems to be a known fault. They were very bulky and uncomfortable to wear. Reviews say the sound is better on Bose, I can't hear the difference. Apple all day long!!

Lovely WHEN they work, otherwise, a nightmare.

Yes, pairing them up with your iPhone for the first time might be magic, but that's exactly where the magic stops. After that, it is one annoyance after another. Are they not supposed to be a tiny bit "smart"? If so, why do I have to, so often, connect them manually to whatever device I am using? I swap from iPhone to iPad occasionally. Watching a tv series on the iPad is near impossible, it keeps disconnecting, all the while the stupid thing is on my ear, and my iPhone is not being touched. It is soooo annoying. I get out of the car to go for a walk, put them on, wait and wait, and 90% of the time they just won't connect to the iPhone. All in all, a truly frustrating and awful experience. I miss Steve Jobs.

    Nice sound and design

Got these as a Christmas present, lucky me I know. Been using them for a few months now and its hard to find any faults apart from a "hey Siri" function would be nice to save having to keep tapping the AirPods. They connect without any issues to all my apple stuff and the sound quality is excellent. Also great for catching up on box sets via Apple TV when everyone else is still asleep, love the way I can go make a cuppa and still hear what's going on. I didn't think I would get enough use out of them but I find myself using them for calls as well as music because they connect so quickly.
