Can’t find when lost/connection started dropping.

    • Written by stephen B from chesterfield

They were great when I first got them. Took them to work for 6 months I’m in the building trade. Get a call. Put them in get great sound on call then listen to music. Wear them at gym, don’t fall out. Started to lose connection last few weeks. The problem is the box is so shiny slippery and small it falls out of your pocket lost them last week at cinema visit. No iphone finder to find them as this only works when they are out of the box. I think they need a way to attach the box (iPod shuffle) keyring attachment!

    Very poor product for price

I have had constant issues with the AirPods for example
The AirPods connect briefly but then disconnect a few seconds later
The music only plays out of one earphone.
Considering they cost well over £100 I’d expect them to work correctly, they do look good though I guess I’ll just keep them as an ornament

    GOOD BUT NOT GREAT

    • Written by John M from LONDON

To get the best & loudest sound (which is not that loud) the Pods have to sit in the ear at an unusual angle. Unfortunately this position cannot be held very long and you are constantly trying to re-position them; and impossible to move without dislodging them. More work is needed before these can replace other wireless earphones. Kind of typical of Apple to go to market before they have been truly road-tested. I expect we early adopters will have to wait for the next version and cough up again. Nothing new there then.

    2* read why!

I cannot describe how annoyed I am with this product.
The AirPod case has a metal hinge which scratched screen on my iPad Pro. First I didn’t believe it could be the case which scratched it. But today I left my jet black iphone and the AirPod case in the pocket. When I picked my phone I was shocked. Front glass and back is completely scratched. This totally devalued my week old phone! Another thing is that the case is just picking g up all the dirt and storing it inside. Headphones are getting extremely dirty as well and it is really hard to clean them where the speaker is. Check you tube how many people are complaining about this.
I also have good things to share about the AirPods. The sound quality is good (it’s not Bose). Battery life, connectivity to devices is also very good. I had to reset them once as they were not connecting to any of my devices. They made the noise which indicated the headphones were connected but in fact they were not.
If the case would not scratch two of my devices I would give a better score.

    Great Product but battery life?

    • Written by Steve N from Yateley

I have had my AirPods since February and although they are a great product and easy to use, i only get 50 minutes battery life out of them rather than the 5 hours quoted. Whats my warranty options?

Test the fit before you buy

    • Written by Greig P from Haywards Heath

So I believed all the reviews I'd read that said they didn't fall out. Turns out I must have unusual ears because mine do fall out, even if I press them in at different angles etc, and during just casual wearing around the house — forget about doing any sort of sport or active movement.
I've never had a particular problem with the fit of other earbuds in the past, but then I have tended to go for ones with rubber cushions or wings. Unfortunately, Apple apparently doesn't have much interested in accommodating people such as me. Not only is there just the one size to fit all, but the case has been designed so that there is no room for 3rd party add-ons. Instead, these need to be removed every time you want to charge. In other respects they are nice and the sound is decent. The voice quality is similar to other bluetooth headsets.
Overall I feel disappointed: they are not the magical product that I'd expected. Unfortunately I'm not within easy reach of an Apple store so I couldn't try them on beforehand. I wished I had waited, and if it wasn't such a hassle I would probably return them.

Great until you try and move around.....

    • Written by Daniel K from Manchester

The AirPods are beautifully designed, great to hold and clever...the sound is clear and having a phone call is mostly great.....big major downside is when I move around....after a brisk walk they are prone to fall out....running forget it..they need to focus on EARgonomics and not quite as much on ergonomics.....
