    Great while they worked.

    Honestly these headphones were great while they worked. Comfortable, sounded good (I'm an audio philistine and don't have much to compare them against, but music came out), and they worked great with the iPhone.

    However.. the headphones died completely while within warranty and were sent away for repair, worked great again for a few months, and have just recently died again - now outside of warranty. Its a little difficult to stomach replacing them at this cost when they haven't been used particularly intensively during that time.

    Great while it lasted, but ended up disappointing

    I got them for working out and for that purpose, they work just fine. You are able to adjust the size of the ear bud, so it's not necessary really for the wing. Also, its awesome that you can charge using your iPhone charger. That definitely was a huge plus and convenient. But unfortunately, they just died and stopped working so soon. I haven't even had them for half of a year and all of a sudden they won't turn on or restart no many how many times I've tried. It's frustrating because I hoped that they would be more durable to get your moneys worth, but I guess not.

    Great headphones but they don't last

    I got my first pair of BeatsX in March 2018. Since, then I have had two replacements so I'm onto my third pair in 10 months. These headphones are great, easy to use and great sound quality. However, they are not very reliable. However, Apple have been great at replacing them. Both times I've received a replacement within four days of sending them off.
