      Get it right Apple

I honestly think Apple doesn't make a durable cord so that they can make more money. I'm very disappointed and considering all of the other cell phone options now available I will be looking into them. I never had to purchase additional power cords with other branded phones. Very disappointed!

      Apple, do you care?

Wrap some ha Dear Apple, Do you know why I am on your website? No? It's ok, I'll tell you. I am ordering yet another cable. Why oh why is this still an issue? Wrap some hard cable, electrical, tape, heck-even some duct tape around those cables! You have the best and brightest creators but seriously, they aren't working on the cables. You can't promote the best phones and sell them with less than stellar cables. Well, I guess you can and you are....and people like me have to keep buying them. Yes, I know you say I can send them back if they are under warranty. I shouldn't have to! Please, I'm begging you....fix this!

It looks like it's been to war with how the soft plastic is fraying on the outside and how bent out of shape it is. The hard plastic on the lightning plug part that goes into the phone is cracked. I've had to cut some of the soft plastic down and add a heat shrink wrap around the lightning plug portion. Despite all this, it still charges my phone just fine. All of the wiring is still intact. I'm finally looking for a replacement because I think it might become somewhat of a fire hazard.

      Horrible quality of charging cable

Apple, I can’t beleive that I have gone thru 6 charging cable in 3 years. I know this must be profitable for Apple but in the long run it will hurt. At first Apple, I can’t beleive that I have gone thru 6 charging cable in 3 years. I know this must be profitable for Apple but in the long run it will hurt. At first I thought it may have Been me, but after paying close attention and caring dearly when using it, I came to realize that the poor quality of the cable was the actual cause for it to brake and put users at danger of electrocution or fire to your home of office. I guess Apple put profit over safety when it comes to these cables.
