Arrived promptly and intact, looks ok. Power lights turned on. Instructions prompt to visit hp website to download drivers, the hp website does not have 10.13 Arrived promptly and intact, looks ok. Power lights turned on. Instructions prompt to visit hp website to download drivers, the hp website does not have 10.13.2 listed, only up to 10.11. The instruction then suggest to visit apple. Most other printer/scanner always directly install by going to system prefereces, and apple will find the driver. I plugged in the scanner by usb to my MacBook Pro 15" Not this time, the hp 2500 didn't show, and I could browse for the HP scanner to "add it" If it doesn't work out of the box, usually there are other problems down the road.... Have had much better experiences with Fujitsu Returned
