EarPods with Lightning Connector

  • Overview

Unlike traditional, circular earbuds, the design of the EarPods is defined by the geometry of the ear. Which makes them more comfortable for more people than any other earbud-style headphones.

The speakers inside the EarPods have been engineered to maximize sound output and minimize sound loss, which means you get high-quality audio.

The EarPods with Lightning Connector also include a built-in remote that lets you adjust the volume, control the playback of music and video, and answer or end calls with a pinch of the cord.

      A Significant Improvement

As an avid runner, I was dismayed when my bluetooth headphones failed to survive the washing machine and was left with the prospect of what to do until the AirPods came out. These more than fit the bill. My running playlist heavily features a great deal of twee music and these EarPods greatly reproduced the panoply of jangly guitars, whisper soft vocals, and benign snare drums. I threw Angel Olsen's new album at them next (lots of earthy, meandering folk intermixed with a few pop tracks) and they more than performed. They sound better than both the 3.5mm EarPods and several high-end bluetooth headphones I've owned. These are a steal for what they're priced at. Am I upset that they won't plug into my Macbook Air? A bit, but I'd still recommend these.

      Surprisingly Remastered Very Well!!!!!!

I had a feeling these new lighting EarPods were going to be good. They have a surprisingly punchy sound to them, great vocals and clarity. The bass is good to. Almost perfect

As a sound engineer I am used to high-end speaker systems, as a reference I took my Shure SE in-ear monitors and a avarage PA system. My first impression was WOW, the earbud's sound very well for a included pair of earbuds. After using them for 2 weeks I just found one shortcomming. From 16KHz and up I miss a part of my sound, ofcourse this is solvable by using a equalizer but the back side is that I need to turn off the EQ every time I want to use my I phone to play music over a PA system since they are most often perfectly capable of producing that part of the frequency spectrum. Apple, I hope you can do something with this feedback. With kind regards, Luuk The Netherlands
