    Awful product. Will fail under a year.

    I do not recommend these earphones to anyone. The product will fail in less than one year. My first pair failed at about 10 months so I was thankfully able to get a replacement pair for free. The first pair failed when I attempted to pair to my iPhone. The white light would just blink twice. The second pair has now also failed at 10 months. This one had a similar issue (apparently the battery gets disconnected within the earphone itself) and now won't even turn on or charge. The usage of the product has been very standard. I again do not recommend these.

    Disappointed - Save your Money

    As a true believer in Apple products and their satisfaction guarantee, bought these headphones from BestBuy. I quickly regretted the purchase after using them for a few minutes:

    - Flat sounding music (no highs and lows unlike other Beats Headphones)
    - No skip button on the headphones
    - No voice control or SIRI integration
    -Poor fit in my ears (even after trying all sizes of silicone tips included
    -The 8 Hour battery life is very misleading (lasted about 4 hours)

    Almost seem like the beats logo was engraved onto a pair of cheap headphones. Not worth the money - buy Apple Airpods instead.

    Broke again

    Second pair of earphones broke few days ago. Please save your money for something else. This is not reliable at all. First one went at 9 months and second one 4 months. Complete rubbish.

    AWFUL

    Please don’t buy these. There are very frustrating to use. Connection is erratic - the button to connect is so small it’s like a sadist designed it and more often than not it doesn’t work. When they do connect the sound quality is fine but if they do ever connect the iPhone connection screen is very annoying and pops up just when you don’t want it to. Just really really REALLY bad.

    Button not working right on the 1st day past the 1-year warranty

    The button stops working. Charging seems working perfectly with the LED lights on, but after disconnected from charge cable, the power button does not respond. I cannot turn it on and there seems to be no response. Occasionally it can be turned on after many trials pressing different parts.

    What's worse is that it is broken right after finishing the 1st year of service, and Apple told me to buy a new one as the repair cost is comparable to a new one, and they are not willing to replace it when it seems many people get the same problem that renders it likely a development fault. I did not expect a famous brand will have its product broken right after exceeding the 1st year. Very disappointed.

    The sound is great and I wish I could give it 5 stars if they are willing to replace it.

    Do not buy--they will break

    These headphones are complete junk. I bought a pair about 3 years ago that quit working after the warranty period expired, but I liked them enough that I bought new ones. The new ones quit working after about 9 months so I got them replaced under warranty. The 'new' ones provided for the warranty replacement quit after about 4 months. I love the design and they are great when they are working, but they are poorly made and you will be sorry if you buy them.

    Waste of Money avoid the hassle

    The first pair stopped working all of a sudden after the one-year warranty expired, to get them repaired would have cost me almost the same but with a 7-day warranty I decided to bin them instead. The second pair got them as a present which now has stopped playing music from one side, went to the apple store to get them repaired as they're still under warranty, I was told I would get them replaced, but they would need to order them as they didn't have any in stock at that moment and that it would take around 3-5 days to arrive. An hour after I left the apple store I got an email saying i could collect my replacement which I thought that it wasn't right, as they told me at the store they didn't have any in-store. I gave it a week and rang to check if they had arrived (a 45min call) I was told my replacement had been canceled and I needed to book a new appointment to reassess the product and re-order them.

    I'm appalled by the waste of time that I have spent trying to sort this situation. The service by the staff is always great (it is not their fault) but for the price I've paid for the headphones, I would expect to have a quicker solution and a better quality of the product.

    Great headphones that break quickly! APPLE PLEASE UPDATE

    Like everyone else on here, I agree and had similar issues. They are a great quality headphone however its only a matter of time until they will no longer work. Surprising to me that its this well known and Apple continues to sell them. I am sure they don't want to have to do a recall however they need to do an "updated/upgraded" version that fixes these common issues. Come on Apple..... Keep supporting you but things like this make it frustrating

    I bought these earphones and they worked great for a few months. Then suddenly they disconnect from my phone. My sister got a pair of the same earphone and it happened to her 2 times now. DO NOT BUY!!! Giving 1 Star because there is no 0 star.

    Battery is for sheit

    i can barely get more than an hour out of them, and they're only 3 months old. the audio definition is poor as well. no bass at all. like listening on tin cans. i love my urBeats, but these shouldn't carry the name Beats on them. DO NOT BUY

    DON'T BUY

    Bought this a year ago. I don't even use them daily. They are in perfect conditions, no scratches. But about two months ago, every time I turn them on, after 15 minutes the battery dies (and the battery percentage is at 60%-70%) they just randomly shutdown. When I try to turn them back on, the light blinks red (battery is dead.) And this happens every time I use them. If you're going to spend $100 on these headphones...DON'T!! Spend a couple of more bucks on headphones that are of better quality (apple headphones, BOSE, etc.)
    It's no wonder these headphones have so many bad reviews. Wish I read them before buying.
    VERY DISAPPOINTED!

    the box that the beats came in said it'd have 8 hours of use well I've had them for about a year or so and now it's running before they die at 4 hours worst product ever avoid at all costs save your money

    Yet they break from normal use and APPLE refuse to help and state that accidental damage has occurred. Awful they should be ashamed.

    And they stop working just outside warranty period....

    Uk repair cost 65 gbp

    I don’t fancy buying a new pair every 14 months

    Second pair faulty

    the first pair I bought suddenly had the red flashing light and the second one stopped working in the right ear. Both just after crossing the 1 yr warranty mark. Not worth the price. No more beats for me.

    I would love to review this product but immediately out of the box they did not work. At all. The light came on when they were charging but no help forum or guide or instruction manual from the box could make anything else happen. Judging based on the other reviews, they are selling an extremely faulty product.

    Horrible Life Expectancy!!!!!! Do NOT Buy!!!!!!

    I’m currently on my third pair of beats x headphones:( the first pair unfortunately decided to stop charging after 13 months of ownership Apple was no support and did not provide any kind of assistance other than a repair bill to take care of the issue. I really like the headphones and they sound good so I decided to buy another pair, they quit after 11 months and Apple sent me another pair to replace them that pair lasted two months..........two months!!!!!! To Bad for me! Apple wants $95 dollars to repair when I can buy at Walmart for $109! These headphones will die on you in less than 14 months Do Not Buy!
