    Horrible battery

    I brought my first one pair for Christmas and 3 months later they broke. So I bought a new and about 6 months later they broke again

    Something is happening

    Okay, so everytime I turn on my BeatsX, they keep turning off every like 15 seconds. Like they completely turn off, and I’ll have to turn them back on and they’ll turn off for around 15 seconds again. At first, I thought it was something that had to do with the Bluetooth settings, but I tested it out and nothing was wrong with the Bluetooth settings, they just randomly keep turning off on its own. This has been happening for the past 2 months already and it’s getting annoying. I want to know how I could get them either fixed or if I could replace them with new ones.

    Pausing, skipping, volume adjusting

    My BeatsX headphones are the worst wireless headphones I have owned, for fitness purposes. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the magnetic earbuds are innovative. It’s their best feature. For starters, when they were functioning correctly, the sound was just mediocre. Loud enough, no bass, and definitely not noise canceling. I can hear the gym music over my own. Now they are malfunctioning. I have had them since August. 2 months, perhaps. They are pausing and skipping music. Siri keeps popping up. I googled this and it’s a known issue, because other people have experienced it. If they are not sweat resistant then they should not be marketed as headphones made for someone with a fitness focused lifestyle! Super annoyed!

    Beats Earphone

    I just got this earphone maybe 3 months ago or so and it has been an amazing product and it works very well but today i tried to turn on the earphones but it wont turn on. I tried everything like resetting and charging it but it wont respond back. So i think this product is amazing but it can break down easily

    Bad wiring

    They seam great quality and the sound is good but I’ve hed mine for about 5 months and the wire inside going from the battery to the headphones has broken. You can tell this because when you plug them in the light refuses to light up but when you push the cord together in one place it’ll come to life. If I spend a little over 100 on headphone I want them to last for as long as I own them......

    Awesome but not very reliable headphones

    Awesome headphones, cool design, sound is awesome too. I usually trains with them. I lived in country were humidity is not so high, but then i switched to Indonesia - and its pretty wet here, so my headphones start glitching, increase volume up and down randomly, start stop the music, i have tried everything - no result

    Worked fine...until it didn't

    They were great, solid headphones until one day they just stopped turning on. Blinking white, then red, then nothing. I did a factory replace, where I was charged $79 to replace their product because it was just out of the warranty. The new ones seem fine, but I'm waiting fo the ticking time bomb of "just won't work."

    Sound Quality decent, but broke within a year

    Sound quality was quite nice. Didn't have the best noise cancellation but it was decent - good enough to use on an airplane. As specified, the battery indeed charges at an amazing rate. I was quite satisified with BeatsX until - they broke down within a year. and I'm not the only person who's encountered this.. I've searched up the issue on Apple forums and there are people who have encountered the same problem yet have not received a definitive answer. The earphone LED starts to blink red and white and goes all crazy, charging it / rebooting / force rebooting does nothing. It's been this way for months (I left it alone a bit in hopes that the light would solve itself.) If you want decent earphones for an okay price but break down within an year, then BeatsX is for you.

    Great but have had many problems

    I had these headphones for a few months and when using them to workout in and stuff, the power button started to not work; they would not turn on sometimes, then couldn't get them to turn back off....It seemed like simply the sweat from working out had broken the power button. They replaced them for me which was great but the second pair had the same problems after a couple months. With the second pair, when I managed to actually get them to turn on they had a mind of their own, controlling the volume of my music, turning music on and off all on their own like the connection was shorting out. Oh and i forgot to mention, with both pairs the volume control on the headphones stopped working after awhile...pretty positive all of these issues are due to simply using them to workout at the gym and run with....so sweat ruined my $100+ headphones... Other than that, they work with you really well to fix your problems and I still love beats and have had good experiences with past products, just not sure why these are causing such headache. I feel like I have no choice but to now spend $200 on the powerbeats3 just to get decent, reliable headphones for working out with.

    I had them for a few months 3 to be exact and the ear buds are getting lower in sound buy the month.first the right one went low now I can barely hear out of the left one I didn't think I would need to get the warranty to use it this fast I am so disappointed at this item

    Terrible Quality

    Owned 2 of these and both have broken in a little over a year. Same problem with both of them. Inside wiring gets loose and leaves one side not working. Gave the first one the benefit of the doubt but same issue with the second. Save your money and buy something else. Only giving it 2 stars because it works seamlessly with iOS and has decent audio quality.

    Buy a warranty.

    I bought a pair of Beatsx February 2018 & they stopped working November 2018. I didn’t buy a warranty because my last pair of beats lasted years until my dog chewed them. If you buy these, buy a replacement warranty. -_-

    Beats X no longer come with wings to stay in ear

    My beats x from 2016 finally stopped working after using them every single day at work or while working out, i loved them. So i bought a new pair today and straight out of the box i noticed they dont come with the wings that hold them in place anymore. I used to love them because it would hold them in place while running, working out at the gym. They were great! These new ones will easily fall out of your ear and become annoying. I will be returning these :(

    Stops working

    While the product design and sound/talk is fantastic, long term reliability is an issue. Two sets in 18 months have just stopped working: the light flashes between red and white, briefly tries to connect to the phone, and then shuts off. The product is too expensive to have this type of issue happen, and the $79 repair fee adds up.

    Poor Quality

    Great fit. Great battery life. Great sound
    But they would keep disconnecting, and then try and connect to everyone else's iPhone
    Finally realised there was a poor connection
    Every time I touched one part, they would disconnect
    Wish I'd returned them, but persevered too long

    Def not 8 hours of use

    Just got the beats x. They are awesome in every way. Except the battery life. It says up to 8 hours. But I routinely get barely 4. Disappointing for sure. But they are worth it

    No carrying case

    I Recently ordered a new pair of beatx earbuds I was disappointed when I open the box and saw they no longer carry the silicon carrying case for these earbuds. I returned them because of that reason.

    Wont Hold Charge

    Phenominal Sound, Great Microphone, Very Comfortable. Perfect in each of these performance measures. Probelm, the advertised 8 Hour Charge is a myth. I can barely get 90 minutes use without having to charge. If there is no charge, I can't enjoy the product, rendering it useless.

    purchased last year and after 5months the units is not working They replace a new unit but after 6months the unit is not working again And 1year warranty expires so no any support with a unit. I didn’t enjoy using this epic fail braand and model. Too pricey but unreliable. How disappointing
