Take Advantage of Ping Integration With MobileMe, Windows Live, Yahoo, and AOL Webmail

If you use MobileMe, Windows Live, Yahoo, or AOL for email, turn on Ping and click the email link underneath the search box in the Find People section on the right. When you pick your account and sign into it in the panel that will appear, you'll see contacts you're not following who are already on Ping at the top, and the addresses for those who aren't on Ping in the section below. By using the checkboxes and deselect/select all links, you can use the panel to easily send follow requests to the ones you'd like to start following, and email invites to those you'd like to invite to join the network.
