Each card is crafted from premium cotton paper using a centuries-old printing method that presses a design and ink into the card for a unique look and texture. It’s like having your own personal letterpress.

Choose a beautifully crafted letterpress design you can easily customise with your own message or photos from the Photos app or iPhoto. Want to send a bunch of invitations, announcements or holiday cards at once? You can personalise the message and photos for each recipient in your order. Being nice has never been so easy.
Shoot from the hip. And the app.
Smart cards have arrived. Say you’re on holiday and you want to send a picture of a stunning view to people at home. Choose a design and take your photo from within the app. To help you perfectly compose your shot, Cards will show you an overlay of the card dimensions along with any graphics and text boxes that might cover up part of the photo. If you choose one of the Travel designs, your location will be added to the card automatically. You can customise the location to whatever you like. And if you choose an existing photo with GPS data, Cards will add that location for you too.
The envelope, please.
Ready to send? Tap to choose up to 12 recipients from your contacts list. Cards addresses the envelopes automatically, but you can customise the recipient names if you want. You can also type in names and addresses from scratch. Cards lets you know if an address seems incomplete or doesn’t appear to match any known addresses.

Buying and sending your card is as easy as buying a song or downloading an app. Just enter your Apple ID password — the same one you use to shop on iTunes or the App Store. You’ll get an email confirmation when you place your order and another when your card is posted.
And there’s no need to look for an envelope. Or a stamp. Or a post office. We’ll slip your card into an envelope made from the same premium cotton paper, add postage and send it on its way. If you’re sending a card from inside the US, we’ll even use our own Apple-designed postage.
When they get the card, you get the word.
