Pascal Cagni Joins Apple as Vice President of Europe
PARISApril 3, 2000Apple® today named Pascal Cagni its vice president of Europe, effective immediately. Cagni joins Apple from NEC/Packard Bell Europe, where he most recently served as vice president of Consumer Products. His strong leadership resulted in Packard Bell Europe capturing a 12 percent share of the consumer market during his tenure.
Pascal has a successful track record of growing significant market share and providing excellent leadership to his teams, said Mitch Mandich, Apples senior vice president of Worldwide Sales. We are excited to have him as a member of our management team.
Cagni joined Packard Bell in 1995 as vice president of Marketing. Prior to Packard Bell, Pascal held sales and sales management positions with Software Publishing Corporation and Compaq Computer. He began his career with Booz Allen & Hamilton after obtaining an MA in Law at Institut dEtudes Politiques in Paris and an MBA from Institut Superieur des Affaires.
