Does the iPad include a warranty?

iPad comes with 90 days of complimentary telephone technical support. In addition, your iPad, its rechargeable battery, and all included accessories are covered against defects for a full year from the purchase date by a limited hardware warranty.

Can I extend the iPad warranty?

AppleCare+ for iPad extends your coverage to two years from the original purchase date of your iPad and adds up to two incidents of accidental damage coverage, each subject to a $49 service fee. With AppleCare+ for iPad, Apple experts can help troubleshoot issues over the phone or at an Apple Retail Store. They’ll answer questions about iOS, Apple iPad apps such as Mail, iMessage, and Calendar, and help you solve interconnectivity issues between your iPad and Mac or PC. And if your iPad needs service under the plan, Apple technical support representatives can even set up a repair during the same call. AppleCare+ for iPad is just $99.*

Can I return my iPad if I change my mind?

If you are not fully satisfied with your iPad purchase, you can return your undamaged iPad within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Learn more about Apple Retail Store purchase policies.
