AppleCare Repair Agreement
The AppleCare Repair Agreement takes advantage of your internal Macintosh support infrastructure to provide your organization with three years of convenient, economical hardware repair coverage.
Three years of Apple-certified repairs
The AppleCare Repair Agreement adds two years of repair service coverage to Apple’s standard one-year limited warranty, giving you a total of three years of Apple-certified repairs. It also covers qualified repairs that occur at your location and shipping costs for repairs that must be completed at the AppleCare Repair Center.
Quality and convenience backed by Apple
The AppleCare Repair Agreement ensures that Apple-certified technicians will perform repairs using genuine Apple parts. The plan is convenient because your internal Macintosh support help desk can dispatch repair services when necessary.
Economical coverage
The AppleCare Repair Agreement provides economical coverage by making use of the Macintosh technical support and diagnostics your institution already delivers to internal customers. Your institution involves Apple only when repairs are necessary.
