Apple expands iCloud+ to include Apple TV and Apple Arcade in Botswana
Starting this month, iCloud+ subscribers in Botswana will gain access to Apple TV and Apple Arcade as part of their iCloud+ subscription — at no additional cost. The expanded subscription lets users back up, store, and share personal content across all their Apple devices using iCloud, while also enjoying award-winning originals from Apple TV and hundreds of hit games in Apple Arcade. With Family Sharing, users can share their iCloud+ subscription with up to five family members.

Award-Winning Entertainment with Apple TV
iCloud+ subscribers will gain access to Apple TV and its award-winning, compelling drama and comedy series, feature films, groundbreaking documentaries, and kids and family entertainment across their favorite screens with new releases every week, including multi-Emmy Award-winning and history-making comedies The Studio and Ted Lasso; global cultural phenomenon Severance; Apple’s most-viewed drama, Pluribus; Academy Award Best Picture winner CODA; and Academy Award winner F1, the highest-grossing sports feature of all time.
Since its worldwide launch on November 1, 2019, Apple TV has premiered more original hits and received more award recognitions faster than any other streaming service. With an iCloud+ subscription, users in Botswana will also have access to Apple Music Select, a collection of ad-free stations programmed by Apple Music for lean-back listening, offering a wide range of regionally relevant music to enjoy, as well as Top Songs, 80s, 90s, and more. Apple Music Select stations are available in the Home tab of the Apple Music app. Additionally, iCloud+ subscribers who wish to subscribe to Apple Music can do so directly through Apple at a lower monthly price of $2.79 (Individual Plan) or $4.49 (Family Plan). For users accessing iCloud+ through Family Sharing, the discounted monthly price is available to the user who pays for the iCloud+ subscription. Adding an Apple Music subscription provides the full on-demand listening experience, including features like Spatial Audio, Lyrics Translation, and AutoMix, as well as editorialized playlists for every mood and occasion, incredible exclusive content, and more.
More Premium Benefits for iCloud+ Subscribers
In addition to Apple TV and Apple Arcade, iCloud+ subscribers receive more storage and access to premium benefits, such as event creation in the Apple Invites app and enhanced privacy features. Pricing and Availability
- iCloud+ with Apple TV and Apple Arcade will roll out to over 100 countries and regions through the end of September, including India, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Türkiye, the United Arab Emirates, and more. With the introduction of iCloud+ with Apple TV and Apple Arcade, Apple TV is expanding to 59 new countries and will be available in 170 countries across the globe. iCloud+ subscriptions in Botswana will be available starting at $0.99 (U.S) per month for the 50GB plan. - Apple Arcade and Apple TV will no longer be available as individual subscriptions directly through Apple in Botswana. Users who currently subscribe to Apple TV or Apple Arcade individually will continue to have uninterrupted access to Apple TV and Apple Arcade through their iCloud+ subscription. Their existing individual Apple TV or Apple Arcade subscription will be cancelled. Game progress and saves on Apple Arcade will be preserved.

- With the introduction of iCloud+ with Apple TV and Apple Arcade in Botswana, Apple One will no longer be available for new subscribers in Botswana. Current Apple One subscribers will continue to have access to their Apple One subscription.
