Apple’s 2011 Proxy Statement Now Online

CUPERTINO, California — January 7, 2011 — Apple today announced that its 2011 proxy materials are now available on the web under the US Securities and Exchange Commission’s Notice and Access rules and can be found at www.apple.com/investor. As a result of the Notice and Access rules, Apple is able to significantly reduce the environmental impact of producing and delivering printed materials.

Apple shareholders can still receive a printed copy of the proxy materials free of charge by following the instructions provided at www.apple.com/investor or in the Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials that will be mailed to individuals who were Apple shareholders as of 27 December 2010. Apple’s 2010 Form 10-K was filed on 27 October 2010 and may also be viewed at www.apple.com/investor.
