Apple offers 15 different Professional Development workshops. They’re held at your school and run from one to eight days. These hands-on workshops can be tailored to your group’s specific needs and are designed to make sure you’re using your Apple products most effectively. And all Apple Professional Development workshops qualify towards your Continuing Education Units.

Download the workshop catalogue and make your selections. Then review them with your principal or curriculum coordinator.
2. Locate an Apple Authorised Education Trainer.

3. Plan your sessions.
An Apple Professional Development facilitator will contact your school representative to plan your workshops and answer any questions.
Discover how iOS devices can improve student learning both in the classroom and at home. Content focuses on iPad and iPod touch features, including built-in and third-party apps, plus features for those with special needs. Participants also explore educational resources on iTunes U, and learn how iOS devices can be used as personal tools for teaching and learning.
This workshop focuses on using iBooks Author to create Multi-Touch books that take learning to a new level of content interactivity and understanding. Participants will gain skills in leveraging content created in iWork and iLife apps to create engaging and interactive content that can be published with iBooks Author.
Learn how to customise instruction and learning for all students, regardless of their abilities. This workshop offers hands-on exploration of the built-in Mac, iPad and iPod touch accessibility features designed to help students with hearing, vision, physical and motor-skill disabilities.
