Organise. Your life. In pictures.

iPhoto is the perfect way to manage a lifetime’s worth of photos. You can organise your pictures using Faces, Places and Events. Thanks to 64-bit support and other optimisations in OS X Mavericks, everything launches faster, imports faster and scrolls more smoothly. And your pictures look even more beautiful in full screen.

Edit. Every photo is a blank canvas.

You’ve taken a nice shot. Now it’s time to make it amazing. iPhoto features powerful editing tools that are simple to learn and easy to use. So you can instantly add dramatic effects, perfect exposure, remove red-eye and retouch blemishes. All without ever having to study a manual or take a lesson.

You never have to leave iPhoto to get your photos noticed. Create email with beautifully designed themes; send photos via Messages; post shots on Facebook, Twitter and Flickr; and relive your adventures with creative slideshows. You can even share your photos and videos with the people you want using iCloud Photo Sharing.

iCloud. All your latest photos. On all your devices. Shared with all your favourite people.

When you take a photo on your iPhone, iPod touch or iPad, it automatically appears in My Photo Stream, a rolling collection of your last 1,000 photos that you can view on all your devices. If you want to keep photos on your Mac, iPhoto can automatically import them into your library. You can also add photos from your library to My Photo Stream so they’ll appear on all your other devices. And with iCloud Photo Sharing, you can even create a shared stream and invite friends and family to add their photos, video clips and comments as often as they want.
