What to bring when activating iPhone at the Apple Retail Store.

    Your current mobile phone.

    If you’re upgrading from another iPhone, remember to back up your data to your computer or iCloud. You’ll also want to take note of your Apple ID.

    Your carrier information.

    If you currently have a data plan, be sure to bring along your password, a recent statement and any other relevant account information.

    Two forms of identification.

    You’ll need valid primary and secondary IDs, and the first and last names on both must match.
