When you come into the Apple Retail Store, we'll get you activated fast at our iPhone Activation Zone. Before you leave, we'll get you set up to make calls, browse the web and receive personal email right on the spot.
What to bring:
Outright Purchase:
- Purchase limits may apply.
- Only credit cards can be accepted for iPhone payment.
Pre-Paid for Optus, Telstra and Vodafone:
- Valid ID must include your photograph and signature.
- Only credit cards can be accepted for iPhone payment
To purchase and activate a Post-Paid rate plan* for iPhone, you will need the following:
Current Optus, Telstra and Vodafone customers:
- Valid ID that forms 60 points
- Current account details
New Optus, Telstra and Vodafone customers:
- At least two types of ID making up 100 points are required.
- One ID must include your photograph and signature.
- One ID must include your current billing address.
- Billing statements used as identification must be your most recent post hardcopy.
Remember to sync your current phone one last time before you come into the store.
Current iPhone owners and existing Optus, Telstra or Vodafone customers:
There are a variety of upgrade options for existing customers. To learn more about upgrading, check with your existing mobile service provider for more details.
Upgrade or termination fees and other charges may apply.
Business customers:
Current business customers who receive service under a corporate account and wish to purchase an iPhone need to contact Optus, Telstra or Vodafone directly. Also, if you want your phone to access your business email account, check with your IT manager first.
What to expect:
iPhone will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Arrive early to get in line as daily quantities are limited by stock on hand.
