Get the latest software.
- Download and install the latest version of iTunes (v9 or later).
- Download and install the latest version of MobileMe Control Panel for Windows (v1.5 or later).
- Follow onscreen instructions if necessary.

Sync your information with
the MobileMe cloud.
- From the Windows Start menu, open Control Panel and choose MobileMe, located in Network and Internet.
- Sign in with your MobileMe member name and password.
- Click the Sync tab. Select the “Sync with MobileMe” checkbox, and then choose Automatically for the fastest updates.
- Select the Contacts, Calendars, and Bookmarks checkboxes, and then choose which applications to sync with.*
- Click the Sync Now button.

Set up your email software.
- You can access your MobileMe email at www.me.com. You can also set up your desktop email program using the following instructions: Outlook 2007 | Outlook 2003 | Outlook Express | Windows Mail
- If you already know how to set up your email program, use these settings:
- Account type: IMAP
- Incoming mail server: mail.me.com
- Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp.me.com (requires authentication)
Now that you’ve completed the steps above...
In a few minutes, your email, contacts, calendars, and bookmarks on your PC will be available at me.com and will stay in sync with any other devices you set up.

If you use Microsoft Outlook in conjunction with Microsoft Exchange Server, MobileMe will not sync your contacts or calendars with Outlook. You may still be able to access your Exchange data over the air using your iPhone or iPod touch. Learn more.
When syncing Contacts or Calendars from MobileMe to Microsoft Outlook, changes that have been synced to your computer may not appear in Outlook even after the sync has been completed. If you encounter this issue, follow these instructions.
