This notice confirms that your AppleCare+ terms and conditions have been updated, effective October 15, 2025, in order to reduce the monthly fee that you pay for AppleCare+ on your Apple Vision Pro when your AppleCare+ next renews on and after October 15, 2025. The price of your AppleCare+ plan will reduce from C$34.99 to C$27.99. This price reduction in no way limits the scope of your service plan.

Your AppleCare+ plan now protects your covered device from unlimited incidents of accidental damage from handling (instead of two incidents every 12 months) while the plan is active and in effect. Each incident is subject to the applicable service fees.

This additional protection comes at no extra charge to you, and you don’t have to do anything.

This notice confirms that your AppleCare+ terms and conditions have been updated, effective September 15, 2021 in order to:

• add a new repair service for the back glass on certain iPhones, including service fee details. Please note that the back glass repair service is only available for iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 models.
• add a cancellation provision in the event a device is traded-in pursuant to an Apple authorized trade-in program for customers who have purchased monthly or annually recurring AppleCare+ Plans.
