Using and Improving Apple Sports

We also collect information about your device such as the type of device and the version of your operating system, and information about your approximate location by matching the IP address of your internet connection to a geographic region. This information is not associated with your Apple ID. We use this information to help improve and optimise Apple products and services for you and others.

If you turn on syncing for My Sports, information about the sports, leagues, teams and athletes you are following will be associated with your Apple ID to sync across supported Apple apps and used to personalise your experience and send you notifications. Apple may process and store the information that is sent to Apple with trusted third-party service providers.
