What to bring when activating iPhone in the store.

    Your current mobile phone.

    If you’re upgrading from another iPhone, remember to back up your data to your computer or iCloud. You’ll also want to take note of your Apple ID.

    Your carrier information.

    If you currently have a wireless account, be sure to bring along your password and any other relevant account information.

    Two forms of identification.

    You’ll need valid primary and secondary IDs and the first and last names on both must match.
