The Apple Retail Store is the best place to buy an iPhone. When you buy your iPhone at an Apple Retail Store, you'll get expert advice and fast activation. We'll also transfer your contacts, set up your email, and show you how to download apps.
When you come into the Apple Retail Store, we'll get you activated fast at our iPhone Activation Zone. Before you leave, we'll get you set up to make calls, browse the web, and receive personal email right on the spot.
What to Bring with You
- Proof of current address
- Proof of DOB
- Valid ID issued in Canada by a Canadian Government Agency which includes a photo ID
You will also need to present a second form of ID from the list below:

Remember to sync your current phone one last time before you come into the store.
Business Customers
Current business customers who receive service under a corporate account and wish to purchase iPhone need to contact Rogers or Fido directly. Also, if you want your phone to access your business email account, check with your IT manager first.

Once you’ve bought your iPhone, bring it to any Apple Retail Store for free iPhone Setup. A Specialist will help you set up your email, choose or create a ringtone, and make sure everything is ready to go.
