When you come into the Apple Retail Store, we'll get you activated fast at our iPhone Activation Zone. Before you leave, we'll get you set up to make calls, browse the web, and receive personal email right on the spot..

What you need to purchase and activate iPhone:

  • Proof of current address
  • Proof of DOB
  • Valid ID issued in Canada by a Canadian Government Agency which includes a photo ID

You will also need to present a second form of ID from the list below:

  • Canadian Credit Card
  • SIN card
  • Provincial ID or Age of Majority Card
  • Citizenship Card
  • Native Status Card
  • Senior Citizens Card
  • Armed Forces ID
  • University Student ID
  • Passport
  • Wireless Invoice (for upgrades)

Remember to sync your current phone one last time before you come into the store.

Personal Shoppers

Now you can book a Personal Shopping appointment at the Apple Store when it's convenient for you. A Specialist will be waiting for you when you arrive. iPhone is sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Arrive early as daily quantities are limited by stock on hand.

Business Customers

Current business customers who receive service under a corporate account and wish to purchase iPhone need to contact Rogers or Fido directly. Also, if you want your phone to access your business email account, check with your IT manager first.

iPhone Setup.

Once you’ve bought your iPhone, bring it to any Apple Retail Store for free iPhone Setup. A Specialist will help you set up your email, choose or create a ringtone, and make sure everything is ready to go.

Apple iPhone 3G

Warranty information available on request.  Requires subscription to new 3-year term Rogers Wireless voice and data plan or new 3-year Fido Agreement with Data Option, sold separately to qualified customers; early cancellation fees apply.
