販売条件（お買い上げ商品について）
返品 ご購入いただいた製品にご満足いただけなかった場合、ご購入日から14日以内にその製品の領収書の原本とご購入時の製品パッケージのすべてと共にご返品ください。製品を未開封のままご購入時の箱に入った状態でご返品いただいた場合、交換、またはご購入時のお支払い方法に基づいて返金いたします。 クレジットカードまたはローンによるお買い上げの場合は、それぞれクレジットカード会社、ローン会社に返金いたします。25,000円を超える現金の返金の場合には、アップルより指定の銀行預金口座への振り込みにてご返金させていただくことがあります。 商品に瑕疵があった場合を除き、開封済みのハードウェアやアクセサリについて再販売のためのリワークが必要になった場合、10パーセントの手数料を申し受けます。手数料については領収書の表面をご参照ください。 開封済みのソフトウェアやメモリは同製品との交換のみとし、返品による返金はお受けできません。商品の返品は、購入された国内のみに限ります。 保証期間開始証明書 アップル製品保証修理の際には、保証書と同時に本領収書をご提示いただき、保証期間の確認を受けることが必要です。 カスタマイズ製品及び教育機関向け販売 申し訳ございませんが、カスタマイズ製品の返品はお受けできません。教育機関向け特別価格でご購入いただいた製品についても返品はお受けできません。 リース製品 リースでご購入された製品はリース契約の条件にしたがうものとし、返品はお受けできません。詳しくはリース会社にお問い合わせください。 他社製品 アップルでは、アップルブランド製品以外の製品については「現状のまま」販売しています。保証条件につきましては該当する製造メーカーにお問い合わせください。 価格 Apple Store直営店ではアップル製品を最良の価格で販売するよう努力しております。ご購入日から14日以内にアップルが値下げを行った場合、アップルブランド製品に限りご請求金額と値下げ後の販売価格との差額の返金またはクレジットカードでの返金を求めることができます。返金またはクレジットカードでの返金を受けるには、値下げ価格の発表から14日以内に領収書の原本をお持ちの上、Apple Store直営店にご来店ください。 輸出に関する通知 アップル製品は、米国と他の国々の輸出管理法令が適用され、購入、販売、輸出、再輸出、譲渡、使用されなければなりません。 販売対象 Apple Storeは、購入製品を実際にお使いになるエンドユーザのお客様のみを販売および配送の対象としています。再販目的でのご購入はご遠慮ください。再販の恐れがある場合、アップルはご注文の拒絶、あるいは一旦受注したご注文を取り消す権利を留保します。 アップルのプライバシーポリシーについてはhttp://www.apple.com/jp/legal/privacy/をご参照ください。 Purchase Policies Returns If you are not satisfied with your Apple Store purchase, please return it with the original receipt and all original product packaging within four teen ( 14 ) calendar days of the date of purchase. If the item is returned unopened, in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. Purchases made using your credit card or an Apple Instant Loan will be refunded in the form of a credit to your loan account. Apple may provide a refund in the form of a bank transfer to a specified bank account for cash transactions in excess of ¥25,000. Unless the item is defective, a 10 percent restocking fee will be assessed on any opened hardware or accessory that will require Apple to per form rework prior to resale; please see the front of your receipt for products subject to these restocking fees. Opened soft ware, memory, or other media can only be exchanged for the same item and cannot be returned for a refund. Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased. Warranty Period Activation Verification For repairs of Apple branded product covered by warranty you may be asked to provide the purchase receipt with the warranty card for covered ser vice eligibility confirmation. Custom- Configured Orders and Educational Institution Purchases: We regret that we cannot accept returns of custom- configured orders or items purchased at a discount as par t of the Educational Institution program. Leased Products Items purchased using a lease are subject to the terms of your lease agreement and cannot be returned; please contact your less or for details. Third-Party Products Non-Apple-branded products are sold by Apple “as is.” Please consult the appropriate manufacturer on terms and conditions of the warranty. Pricing The retail Apple Store endeavors to offer you competitive prices on Apple products. Should Apple reduce its price on any Apple-branded product within four teen ( 14 ) calendar days of purchase, you may request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit, you must provide an original retail Apple Store receipt and you must visit a retail Apple Store within four teen ( 14 ) days of the announcement of the reduced price. Export Notice Apple products are subject to United States and foreign export control laws and regulations and must be purchased, sold, exported, reexported, transferred, or used in compliance with such export laws and regulations.
