販売条件（お買い上げ商品について）

返品
ご購入いただいた製品にご満足いただけなかった場合、ご購入日から14日以内にその製品の領収証の原本とご購入時の製品パッケージのすべてと共にご返品ください。交換、またはご購入時のお支払い方法に基づいて返金します。クレジットカードまたはローンによるお買い上げの場合は、それぞれクレジットカード会社、ローン会社に返金します。25,000円を超える現金の返金の場合には、指定された銀行預金口座への振り込みにてご返金させていただくことがあります。詳細は、ストアのスペシャリストにお尋ねください。以下の事項についてご注意ください。：

  • 開封済みソフトウェア、メモリおよびその他のメディアは、同製品との交換のみとし、返品による返金はお受けできません。
  • パーソナライズされたiPodなどを含むカスタマイズ製品は、返品および交換はお受けできません。
  • リースを使用して購入した製品については、リース契約の条件に従うものとし、返品はお受けできません。
  • Appleでは、Appleブランド製品以外の製品については「現状のまま」販売しています。保証条件につきましては該当する製造メーカーにお問い合わせください。
  • 商品の返品は、購入された国内のみに限ります。
例外として、Appleブランドのソフトウェアのライセンス条項に同意していただけない場合、コンピュータや他のデバイス上も含めて、ソフトウェアのコピーを保持していないことを条件に14日間の返品期間内であれば返品手数料なしで返品できます。ただし、ライセンス情報がソフトウェア メディアの包装のステッカーや封を開けずに読み取れる場所に記載されている場合は、ソフトウェア メディアの包装のステッカーまたは封が開けられた時点で返品はお受けできません。

以上にかかわらず、サンプルまたはカタログとの不一致の場合など、現地の法律に従いお客様は解約権を有することがあります。

購入注文
購入注文による購入の場合には、請求書の日付から30日以内に全額お支払いただきます。

保証有効期間の確認
Apple製品保証修理の際には、保証書と同時に本領収書をご提示いただき、保証期間の確認を受けることが必要です。

価格
ご購入日から14日以内にAppleが製品価格の減額を行った場合、Appleブランド製品に限りご請求金額と値下げ後の販売価格との差額の返金を求めることができます。返金を受けるには、値下げ価格の発表から14日以内に領収書の原本をお持ちの上、Apple Store直営店にご来店ください。

輸出に関する通知
Apple製品は、輸出管理法令に従って、購入、販売、輸出、再輸出、譲渡、使用されなければなりません。

ギフトレシート返品条件
直営店のApple Storeで購入されたギフト商品については、元のギフトレシートがあればご購入から14日以内まで返品できます。製品を未開封のままご購入時の箱に入った状態でご返品いただいた場合、交換もしくは、ギフトの購入額と同額をギフトカードにて返金いたします。そのほか上記の標準の販売条件が適用されます。

販売対象
直営店のApple Storeは、購入製品を実際にお使いになるエンドユーザのお客様のみを販売および配送の対象としています。再販目的でのご購入はご遠慮ください。再販の恐れがある場合、Appleはご注文の拒絶、あるいは一旦受注したご注文を取り消す権利を留保します。

Appleギフトカード　利用条件
Appleギフトカード（以下「カード」という）は、日本国内Apple Store（直営店）から直接正規に購入する場合に使用できます。カードは、Appleオンラインストア、Appleテレセールス、iTunesストア、Apple製品取扱店又は国外におけるApple直営店では使用することができません。カードは換金できず、カードを使ってカードを追加的に購入できません。カードは、いかなる口座、通信契約、携帯電話会社料金の支払について使用できません。Appleは、カードの紛失又は盗難について責任を負いません。カードの有効期間は、カードの最終使用から10年です。カードに蓄積できる上限額は50万円です。カードの未使用残高は、下記にお問い合わせ下さい。カードを再販しないで下さい。法令によって禁止又は制限される場合、その限度で再販禁止は無効とされます。Appleは、予告なしにカードの利用条件を変更する権利を留保します。この利用条件は、法的に除外できない責任(消費者として保持する制定法上の権利を含むがそれに限られない)を除外することを意図しません。カードの領収書は、iPhone又は通信会社のネットワークアクセスを含むいかなる商品の購入も保証しません。iPhoneは在庫がある場合に限り購入可能であり、購入の際、通信会社の購入条件・基準が適用される可能性があります。その他カードについての除外事項及び制限（カードで購入可能なものの事項を含みそれに限られない）、並びにネットワーク接続条件及び制限については、携帯電話会社のウェブサイト、国内におけるApple直営店でスペシャリストにお尋ね頂くか、http://www.apple.com/jp/legal/sales_policies/retail.htmlをご覧下さい。カードでのご購入においてはAppleの販売および返品条件が適用されます。カードの利用条件と利用については、日本法が適用されます。

iPhone販売条件
上記すべての販売条件に加えて、iPhoneの購入および使用は、次のURLに記載されている規約に従うものとします：http://www.apple.com/jp/legal/sla/およびhttp://www.apple.com/jp/legal/warranty/
また、購入により次の条項に明示的に同意するものとみなします。

  • iPodの機能を含む、iPhoneのすべての機能を有効にするために通信サービスプランへの加入が必須となります。iPhoneの通信サービスは通信事業者によって提供され、通信事業者がその義務を有します。
  • 直営店のApple Storeでは、エンドユーザのお客様のみをiPhone販売の対象としています。iPhoneを再販売目的で購入することはできません。
  • Appleはいかなる発注についてもその唯一の裁量で、拒否、取り消し、および発注量の制限を行う権利を留保します。Appleでは発注を受諾および処理する前に、販売できるかどうかの判断のための追加情報を要求する場合があります。
  • iPhoneは、直接的、間接的に日本国外に輸出する目的で購入することはできません。
  • iPhone上のソフトウェアにiPhoneソフトウェア使用許諾契約に違反する不正な改造が施された場合、または不正なソフトウェア改造によりiPhoneが使用できなくなった場合は、保証の適用外となります。
  • iPhoneの返品：直営店でご購入されたiPhoneにご満足いただけない場合、損傷を受けていないiPhoneをご購入から14日間返品することができます。iPhoneは、ご購入時のパッケージとともに返品されなくてはならず、アクセサリー、マニュアル、書類等も返品されなければなりません。お客様には解約日までのすべての使用料、回線使用料、税、手数料あるいは他の費用をご負担していただくことになり、これには、適用がある場合には期限前解約手数料や解約料も含まれます。詳しい情報につきましては、お客様の通信会社との契約をご参照ください。

Purchase Policies

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your Apple purchase, return it with the original receipt and original packaging within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase. We will exchange it or offer a refund based only on the original payment method. Purchases made using your credit card or an Apple Instant Loan will be refunded in the form of a credit to your loan account. Apple may provide a refund in the form of a bank transfer to a specified bank account for cash transactions in excess of ¥25,000. Please ask a Specialist for details. Please note the following:

  • Opened software, memory, and other media can be exchanged for the same item, but cannot be returned for a refund.
  • Custom-configured products, including any personalized iPod, cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Purchases made using a lease are subject to the terms of your lease agreement and cannot be returned.
  • Non-Apple products are sold by Apple "as is." Consult the manufacturer for warranty terms and conditions.
  • Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.
Note that, as an exception, you may return Apple branded software within the 14-day return period, and not be subject to a restocking fee, if you do not agree to the licensing terms, provided you do not retain any copies, including copies stored on a computer or other device. However, if your software includes a license that you can read before you break the seal or sticker on the software media packaging, you may not return the software once you break the software media packaging seal or sticker.

Despite the above, you may have the right of termination pursuant to the local laws, including in case such as discrepancy to the sample or catalogue information.

Purchase Orders
Purchases made using a purchase order are subject to "Net 30" terms.

Warranty Period Activation Verification
For repairs of Apple branded product covered by warranty you may be asked to provide the purchase receipt with the warranty card for covered service eligibility confirmation.

Pricing
Should Apple reduce its price on any Apple-branded product within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase, you may request a refund of the difference between the price paid and the current selling price. An original purchase receipt is required, and you must request your refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the price reduction.

Export Notice
Apple products are subject to export control laws and regulations and must be purchased, sold, exported, re-exported, transferred or used in compliance with such export laws and regulations.

Gift Receipt Return Policy
Gift items purchased at a retail Apple Store can be returned with an original Gift Receipt within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase. If the item is returned in the original box, unopened, with the original packaging, we will exchange it or offer you an Apple Gift Card equal to the purchase price of the gift. All other standard purchase policies outlined above apply.

Sales to End Users Only
The Apple Store sells and ships products to end user customers only. You may not purchase for resale. Apple reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order if Apple suspects you are purchasing for resale.

The Apple Gift Card (Japan):
Apple Gift Cards can be applied only to qualified purchases directly from an Apple Retail Store in Japan. Gift Cards may not be redeemed at the Apple Online Store, Apple Telesales, the iTunes Store, Apple resellers or Apple Retail Store locations outside Japan. Not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards or applied as payment to any account, carrier contract. Apple is not responsible for and will not be held liable for lost or stolen Gift Cards. The validity of usage period is 10 years from the last day of use. The maximum chargeable sum of the Gift Card is JPY 500,000. For inquiries regarding your Gift Card's balance, contact your nearest Apple Retail Store. Not for resale. Void where and to the extent prohibited or restricted by law. Apple reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions without notice. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude any liability that cannot be excluded by law including any of the statutory rights you have as a consumer. Receipt of a Gift Card does not guarantee purchase of any item, including an iPhone, or access to a carrier network. iPhone subject to availability. Terms and conditions and eligibility criteria of the carrier network provider may apply. For additional Gift Card information and to see exclusions and limitations including what can be purchased with the Gift Card and network access terms and restrictions, visit the mobile carrier's website or a Specialist at any Apple Retail Store in Japan. Apple's Sales and Refund Policy governs all purchases made with an Apple Gift Card. Apple Gift Card terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. The terms and conditions and use of the Apple Gift Cards are governed by the Japanese law.

iPhone Sales Policies
The purchase and use of an iPhone is subject to terms and conditions found at: http://www.apple.com/jp/legal/sla/ and http://www.apple.com/jp/legal/warranty/. In addition, by making this purchase, you expressly acknowledge that:

  • A wireless service plan is required to activate all iPhone features, including iPod features. Wireless service for iPhone is solely provided by and is the responsibility of the selected carrier. Please contact your mobile carrier for more details.
  • The Retail Apple Stores sell iPhone for end-user customers only. iPhone may not be purchased for resale.
  • Apple reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order and to limit order quantity. Apple may require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order.
  • iPhone may not be purchased for export outside of Japan, either directly or indirectly.
  • Making unauthorized modifications to the software on an iPhone violates the iPhone software license agreement, and the inability to use iPhone due to unauthorized software modifications is not covered under warranty.
  • iPhone Returns. If you are not fully satisfied with your iPhone purchase, you can return your undamaged iPhone within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. The iPhone must be returned in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. Please note that returning your iPhone pursuant to this policy will not automatically cancel your wireless service agreement. You will be responsible for all applicable usage fees, prorated access charges, taxes, surcharges, or other charges imposed by your wireless service provider through the termination date, including any early termination fees or penalties, if applicable. Please refer to the terms and conditions of your contract with contact your wireless service provider for more information.
