Ruth, Engineering Manager, Power Management
Before Ruth joined Apple Munich, she had no idea that so many people were working there. “It wasn’t until I actually started at Apple that I discovered how many different teams we had and how our teams had expanded, especially for my specific area of work. This was such a welcome surprise.”
I’m doing great work with a great team, because we all really feel like we belong here.
Mike, Engineering Manager, Instrumentation
Mike first fell in love with Germany’s culture while living there after grad school. Later, in his role for Apple in Cupertino, he travelled there often and it still had a hold on him. That’s why he didn’t hesitate when offered the chance to relocate to Apple Munich and lead a new Hardware Engineering team.
I’m building great relationships, and I like to think I’m helping people around the world do that too.
Camila, Radio Frequency Engineer, Cellular Technologies
Camila has always approached new challenges with determination, whether joining Peru’s national under-20 soccer team when she was 17 or pursuing her engineering degree in Germany. So when she joined Apple Munich as a radio frequency systems engineer, she was ready to overcome any obstacle in her path.
Experience helps you grow. And when you share it, you’re inviting others to grow with you.
Greg, Director, Analogue and Mixed-Signal Engineering
When Greg started at Apple, he was managing various partner relationships for the silicon engineering group in Cupertino. “It was a really good experience, gaining deep knowledge in that part of our business. Then Apple began expanding the European Silicon Design Centre in Munich, the city where I did my master’s, so building a team here felt like an amazing opportunity.”
At Apple Munich, we welcome all who are driven not by what would be easy, but by what would be amazing.
This is Apple Munich.
An expanding campus greets those ready to discover more in their career journey.
Building on more than 40 years in the region, Apple has expanded this location to become our largest engineering hub on the continent. Munich is now home to our European Silicon Design Centre, where opportunities continue as we build a new state-of-the-art facility focused on tomorrow’s silicon technologies.
Our main campus is centrally located, providing convenient access to transportation and amenities. It’s walking distance from the Technical University of Munich — one of Europe’s leading engineering universities and research institutes, and where Apple teams collaborate on research projects.
Diversity Network Associations (DNAs) are volunteer-led groups rooted in the celebration of global communities across Apple. They help foster a sense of belonging through respectful and inclusive engagements for all team members.

Munich’s central train station is just a short walk away from the Apple campus, so it’s easy to experience all the region has to offer. From epic mountain ranges and picturesque lakes to neighboring locales across Europe, there’s always somewhere new to explore.
With deep roots in Munich, Apple employees support various local, community-based organisations and charities in Germany, such as the Munich Ambulant Children’s Hospice Foundation, the Munich-based mentoring initiative Rock Your Life!, Tafel Munich, and the Bavarian Red Cross.
Like every Apple corporate facility worldwide, our Munich campus is carbon neutral and powered by 100 percent renewable energy.
