I can’t see “change goals ” on my Apple Watch. I have an older series and I’m trying to update my activity rings. I cannot find any answers and have already done the hard push and hold, but the only one I can change is my move goal ....
How do I change my move goal to minutes if I am over 13?
I cannot lower my Stand goal lower than 6 hrs. How to I change this?
I want to do a stairs activity for 5 minutes. But every time the starting goal is 3 hours 17 minutes. It doesn’t matter how many times I change it to 5 minutes and do the activity it always goes back to 3 hours 17 minutes next time....
The color for my Outdoor Walk suddenly changed to red -- somehow a goal got set for 450 calories. I don't care about calories and I don't have time to walk for that long every day so it's really irritating when it tells me I'm halfway there when in fact I am finishing up. I found the workout app on my phone and can set the goal to Open, but it doesn't persist. It reverts back to the goal of 450 calories again for the next workout....

Who else is of the opinion that some of the monthly activity award goals are absurd? my June goal is 3050 exercise minutes which is over 100 minutes per day. That's ridiculous. Who has time to work out for over an hour and a half PER DAY? Any way to change this? I've heard some take their watches off in order to keep the subsequent increases in challenge to a minimum. But that defeats the purpose of having a watch....
