It is nice to hold, the buttons sit comfortably, and the unit charges very quickly. Easy to programme the functions of the buttons. Biggest plus is that it is the first presenter that I have come across which will work with the Blue Tooth on MACS. This means you don't have to fiddle with the USB transmitter that all the others seem to need. If you do one or two presentations every few months it is probably not worth the cost, if you do several each week, as I do, it is worth it. My favourite presenter to date. 5/5 on function, 3/5 on cost, hence 4/5 overall.

The instructions are ridiculously small, but once I got a magnifying glass, it clearly says you have to download the software and gives you the URL to do so. Once that was done, it worked perfectly on my machine.

I bought this presenter because of its promise: the advertising is just so good! But real-world performance is shockingly bad. With a maxed out 2016 13" MacBookPro, this thing is unreliable and buggy. Sometimes it works great, but sometimes it just doesn't trigger when you hit the button. Then when you give up trying, it suddenly decides to work, but based on a click 10 seconds before, and then it remembers all of those frustrated clicks until you gave up. Worse, still, sometimes the highlight effect freezes in place while the rest of the presentation still works, so you present in a sort of twilight, with a circle of brightness in one corner. But worst of all, sometimes it just crashes the presentation. At AU$ 200, this is just not good enough. Poor! Don't buy.

This is only worth a clicker

I do not recommend this product because the digital pointer is a pain, it is absolutely not precise and often need to point a corner of the screen to highlight I do not recommend this product because the digital pointer is a pain, it is absolutely not precise and often need to point a corner of the screen to highlight the opposite one. Bluetooth is easy to connect however the remote does not respond sometimes. I end-up using it as a clicker together with real laser in my other hand.

      Very disappointing

Moving slides forward and backward works fine, but I wouldn't have paid $150 for that. The feature that I was most excited about - the spotlight - barely works. The delay between when I point on a slide with the "spotlight" button and the moment when the spotlight actually appears is so long that it's useless. And embarrassing.

      Logitech Spotlight Presentation

I was dis Pointer dont works on ipad pro for to hightlight, magnify and control the on-screen cursor. I use my Apple iPad pro for presentations using Key note. I was disappointed to find out the very expensive Spotlight presenter I bought was effectively a forward and reverse slide mover, without all the fancy stuff that the promotion video shows. I would have thought that Logitech would have built an App for iPad/iPhone that would allow users to utilize the full functionality of the presenter. I can now only hope that an App is in the works, otherwise my Spotlight will be a very expensive for use with iPad Pro until then pointer dont works on ipad pro for to hightlight, magnify and control the on-screen cursor.
