Hello, I have a problem with Apple TV 4K (version with traditional HDMI input, power cable input and internet cable input). There is no picture. The white LED is blinking all the time (pulsating). I checked with different HDMI cables, plugged the power cable into other inputs, tried to restart using the Apple TV remote control. There is no reaction. The same all the time. I have been trying to connect a 4k Apple TV to a receiver and then out to a projector. I have connected via HDMI cable the Apple TV 4K to a Pioneer 1080p receiver. Then via HDMI on the receiver out to my Epson Projector. The projector receives NO signal at all from Apple TV . However, if I plug the Apple TV directly into the projector (via HDMI) it works fine. And also if I plug the Apple TV directly into a TV HDMI input it works fine. It is ONLY when I connect Apple TV to Receiver...

AppleTV 4k , just updated, then got to start page with different shows seen scanning across the screen, but everything else is frozen. I can't click on anything, or even turn off box. I can change the volume with the remote, but nothing else. I then unplugged for 20 seconds and replugged it but with same results. I did nothing to interfere with the new upgrade, waited until it finished before I tried to control anything, even plugged in the remote to make sure it had power....
I just bought an Gen 2 AppleTV 4K and it the speed when it connects to my 5.0 Ghz WiFi (only 25 feet from my UNiFi w/ WiFi 6 and no walls between them) is often less than 1Mbps (according to Ookla Speedtest). If I connect to the 2.4 Ghz WiFi, it'll pull 20-60 Mbps. I did do the software update and it fixed it, I was pulling over 200 Mbps for about half an hour and then stuff started to bugger and when I checked my speed again, it was back to less than 1.0 Mbps. I recently bought an Apple TV 4K primarily to play Apple Music through my AV system. I find that it goes on standby, no sound or video, whenever the TV is turned off (even though the TV is doing nothing but showing screensaver). All audio and video is going through the AV receiver (Onkyo) via HDMI. Are there any settings on TV, receiver, .... that can fix this? Any HDMI hardware hacks? It's very wasteful energy-wise and tv-lifetime-wise to burn the TV all day showing a screensaver when music...
Recently we decided to upgrade one of our AppleTV units from AppleTV 4th gen to an AppleTV 4K 2nd gen. We primarily did it to get the new remote but we also plan to upgrade the TV to 4K in the coming months so it made sense to make use of some rewards points we had at a retailer.
