TV or Film Content Dispute
If you believe a Film or TV Show available through Apple TV violates your intellectual property rights, you can submit your claim here. In most cases, content available through Apple TV is provided to Apple by third party content providers and, upon receiving your submission, we will contact the provider of the disputed content regarding your claim and ask that they work with you directly to resolve the issue.
Apple Original Content Dispute
If you believe that Apple Original content available on Apple TV+ or Apple Fitness+ violates your intellectual property rights, you can send your claim directly to Apple Legal at ContentComplaints@apple.com. In your message, please ensure that you identify the allegedly infringing content, and that you describe in detail exactly how the content infringes your rights.
To provide a link to AppleTV+ content, navigate to the title page for the content, click the “share” button (typically located in the upper right side of the screen, or in the option menu), select Copy, then paste the URL link into your message. To provide a link to Apple Fitness+ content, navigate to the detail page for the content and tap the contextual menu (typically located in the upper right side of the screen), select Copy, then paste the URL link into your message.
Please note that the ContentComplaints@apple.com email address is for claims of infringement related to Apple Originals only. To dispute third party content through the Apple TV app, you must submit your claim using the App Store or iTunes Store dispute form as appropriate.
