      Don't listen to the haters....This is a fantastic "keyboard"

      Love at first use. This keyboard is amazing. Yes, it does only cover the front, but so what. Yes, there is no holder for the pencil, but, so what. Yes, the Love at first use. This keyboard is amazing. Yes, it does only cover the front, but so what. Yes, there is no holder for the pencil, but, so what. Yes, there may be some functionality glitches, but again, so what. This Smart "KEYBOARD" for iPad Pro rocks. Apple only promised us a keyboard, and that's what this is. The whiners probably shake their birthday cards for money before they read them, so sad. This is by far the best peripheral keyboard I've ever used in terms of feel and accuracy. Oh, and the feel/look of the materials/design is far from cheap, as mentioned in some other reviews. They nailed it, AGAIN!! Thanks Apple. Bottom Line - Drop the coin and don't look back. This keyboard will transform your iPad Pro into a monster of mayhem.(in a good way). Cheers!!

      After 35 years of computing, my favorite keyboard of all time.

      Yes, the review about the lack of a caps lock indicator is true, as is the (lack) of ability to activate voice in iMessage, but I still find myself loving the k Yes, the review about the lack of a caps lock indicator is true, as is the (lack) of ability to activate voice in iMessage, but I still find myself loving the keyboard. I make virtually no typing errors on it, and it's proximity to the display makes the combination of a keyboard and the touch screen really work. With my other iPads, I used several aftermarket keyboards and typically abandoned them in a short time. I love this one, and hope that the shortcomings will be resolved soon in software.

      Best keyboard experience

      The keyboard might seem a bit on the higher end when it comes to the price, but then it is a pleasure to use. Based on my past experience with Logitech keyboard The keyboard might seem a bit on the higher end when it comes to the price, but then it is a pleasure to use. Based on my past experience with Logitech keyboards, I was a bit sceptical in using a keyboard at first but so far have not been disappointed. The quality is excellent, the keyboard works and integrates well with the iPadPro. Some people might want a trackpad - but given it is an iPad, you really do not need any. I recommend to get an Apple Pencil as well.

      Brand new and the space bar and letter h just quit working. Very finicky sometimes doesn’t work at all.

      Great idea poorly executed

      I really love the Smart Keyboard when it works. Unfortunately it is incredibly finicky. I had mine for nearly a year, and I started receiving error messages e I really love the Smart Keyboard when it works. Unfortunately it is incredibly finicky. I had mine for nearly a year, and I started receiving error messages every time I used it that said “this accessory is not supported by this device.” Of course the absurdity of that error message...using two Apple products, the iPad Pro and the Smart Keyboard, that were designed to work together, but do not...was also frustrating. Happily, the Apple Store exchanged the keyboard for a new one. I hoped maybe they had improved the design or the interface so that it would work reliably. Unfortunately, my replacement had a manufacturing defect, where the rubber bar that attaches to the side of the iPad is warped, so it doesn’t hold on to the iPad very well...I have almost dropped it several times! When that happens, it will be a sad day. But because the connection is weak, periodically the electronic keyboard pops up and it won’t recognize the Smart Keyboard. I have to detach and reattach the Keyboard, or I have to wiggle it to try to get it to connect right. It is really frustrating. The iPad is fantastic...I’m really trying to use it as a laptop replacement, and for the most part, I think it would be successful if I could rely on the keyboard. Which I can’t. And it was $160. Amazing price for something so unreliable.

      This is an excellent keyboard, while it works. After about a years use my iPad pro started giving me an error message that this keyboard is not supported by the This is an excellent keyboard, while it works. After about a years use my iPad pro started giving me an error message that this keyboard is not supported by the device and the keyboard just stopped working. After taking it into Apple to be looked at I was told that this was a known problem with the only solution being to buy a new iPad altogether (which doesn't guarantee you won't experience the same problem and seems a bit steep for a keyboard issue when the iPad itself is working great) or use a third party bluetooth keyboard. I know several people who have experienced this same problem. I would skip this keyboard and spend the money on a third party keyboard until Apple can get this problem fixed.
