EarPods with Lightning Connector

  • Overview

Unlike traditional, circular earbuds, the design of the EarPods is defined by the geometry of the ear. Which makes them more comfortable for more people than any other earbud-style headphones.

The speakers inside the EarPods have been engineered to maximize sound output and minimize sound loss, which means you get high-quality audio.

The EarPods with Lightning Connector also include a built-in remote that lets you adjust the volume, control the playback of music and video, and answer or end calls with a pinch of the cord.

As an avid runner, I was dismayed when my bluetooth headphones failed to survive the washing machine and was left with the prospect of what to do until the AirPods came out. These more than fit the bill. My running playlist heavily features a great deal of twee music and these EarPods greatly reproduced the panoply of jangly guitars, whisper soft vocals, and benign snare drums. I threw Angel Olsen's new album at them next (lots of earthy, meandering folk intermixed with a few pop tracks) and they more than performed. They sound better than both the 3.5mm EarPods and several high-end bluetooth headphones I've owned. These are a steal for what they're priced at. Am I upset that they won't plug into my Macbook Air? A bit, but I'd still recommend these.

      Surprisingly Remastered Very Well!!!!!!

I had a feeling these new lighting EarPods were going to be good. They have a surprisingly punchy sound to them, great vocals and clarity. The bass is good to. And for the price these are seriously worth buying, highly recommend giving these a chance.

I can't even find a decent converter to use the lightning port with the headphones I already owned. I have plenty of bluetooth headphnes, but I don't always want those (health concerns, lower sound quality, battery drain, etc). And Apple wonders why it isn't selling more iphones. It's because it does STUPID THINGS LIKE THIS. Terribly disspaointed. The screen on my new XMax is awesome, but this will probably be my last iPhone because of all the other problems and the hassle of dongles for my freaking phone.

It was loud, clear, and crisp, but that fun lasted about two months when I dropped my phone. It was about a 3-foot drop when it landed directly on the headphone port while they where plugged in. Immediately it stopped working and the lighting connector became loose and eventually, it fell out. As I know it was my fault I feel like the headphones should be more durable than that, one drop and its broken like come on.

But, maybe around four months ago (about 8 months old), the entire right earbud along with the volume controller and mic stopped working. I'm relying on my left earbud for sound. I guess it lasted long enough, but I wish it would've lasted wayy longer.
