Terms and Conditions
Qualified Purchasers can receive Promotion Savings when purchasing an Eligible Product with a pair of AirPods (2nd Generation) without extra cost. Qualified Purchasers have the option to upgrade the Promotion Product at an Additional Upgrade Cost. This offer is subject to the terms and conditions herein and capitalised terms are as defined below:
PROMOTION PERIOD:
The promotion begins on June 24, 2022 and ends on September 26, 2022 (the “Promotion Period”) in Singapore (“Qualifying Country”).
QUALIFYING LOCATIONS:
Apple Store locations, Apple Store for Education and 1800‐692‐7753 (each a “Qualifying Location”). Eligible Products and Promotion Products (as defined below) must be purchased from a Qualifying Location in the Qualifying Country. Only purchases and deliveries within the same Qualifying Country are eligible. Orders of Eligible Products and Promotion Products from a Qualifying Location that are placed during the Promotion Period and ship after the end of the Promotion Period are eligible to receive Promotion Savings.
THE OFFER:
Qualified Purchasers who purchase an Eligible Product and a Promotion Product through a Qualifying Location within a single transaction during the Promotion Period shall receive Promotion Savings on the combined purchase as outlined below. Promotion Savings are applied to the Eligible Product instantly at the time of purchase. Qualified Purchasers will be charged for all items in their bag, including the Promotion Product. The Promotion Product is not a “gift”. This offer expires when the purchase transaction is complete.

QUALIFIED PURCHASERS:
Those eligible for this promotion include faculty, staff, students and parents as follows (each a “Qualified Purchaser”):
Kindergartens, Primary schools, Secondary schools - Any employee of a public or private kindergarten, Primary or Secondary school is eligible. In addition, school board members who are currently serving as elected or appointed members are eligible; PTA or PTO executives currently serving as elected or appointed officers, staff of Ministry of Education are eligible.
Universities, Polytechnics, Junior Colleges and Institutes of Technical Education - Faculty and staff of Universities, Polytechnics, Junior Colleges or Institutes of Technical Education in Singapore; and students attending or accepted into Universities, Polytechnics, Junior Colleges or Institutes of Technical Education in Singapore are eligible to purchase.
Universities, Polytechnics, Junior Colleges and Institutes of Technical Education - Parents purchasing on behalf of their child, who is a student currently attending or accepted into a University, Polytechnic, Junior College and Institute of Technical Education in Singapore, are eligible to purchase.
Purchases from the Apple Store for Education Individuals are not for institutional purchase or resale.
VALIDATION OF PURCHASE QUALIFICATIONS:
When a Qualified Purchaser purchases at Apple Store for Education Individual or by calling 1800‐692‐7753, Apple may ask the customer by separate email to provide a copy of the relevant Student/Faculty/Staff ID for order validation purposes. The customer does not have to provide such ID copy. However, refusal to provide the ID copy may result in the cancellation of the order. Shipment of the products may be delayed if Apple does not receive the ID copy in time or if Apple needs additional time to verify the customer’s eligibility under this Promotion. Should Higher Education Parents purchase Eligible Products at Apple Store for Education Individual or by calling 1800‐692‐7753, the recipient of the order must be their child, who is a student currently attending or accepted into a Higher Education institution in the Qualified Country, and his/her student information must be consistent with the relevant Student ID. Otherwise, Apple may cancel the order. The supplied ID copy will only be used for the purpose of order validation and will be deleted within 8 weeks after the end of the Promotion Period. When a Qualified Purchaser purchases at an Apple Store Location, the customer will be required to provide the valid Student/Faculty/Staff ID and asked to show the government-issued photo ID (or the passport number for non-Singapore citizens). Parents purchasing on behalf of their child will be required to provide the child’s Student ID and asked to show the government-issued photo ID (or passport for non-Singapore citizens). Customer ID validation against the government ID will occur with visual inspection only; Apple will not collect or store any government ID number at an Apple Store Location.
PROCEDURES RELATED TO PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Returns and exchanges are subject to the policy of the Qualifying Location where the purchase was made. If an Eligible Product is returned, or is exchanged for an ineligible product, the Promotion Product must also be returned in its original packaging or the Promotion Savings will be deducted from the amount of the return or exchange, as applicable, and any remaining difference will be charged to the Qualified Purchaser. If a Promotion Product is exchanged for another Promotion Product where the full retail value of the desired product exceeds the original Promotion Savings, the Qualified Purchaser will be responsible for payment of the difference. If a Promotion Product is exchanged for another Promotion Product where the full retail value of the desired product is less than the original Promotion Savings, the Qualified Purchaser will not receive credit for the difference.
PROMOTION RESTRICTIONS:
This offer is valid only during the Promotion Period, while supplies last. Eligible Products, Promotion Products and Promotion Product colours are subject to availability. Apple may end this offer at any time, for any reason. For Eligible Mac purchases, only one (1) Promotion Product per Qualified Purchaser may be obtained during this promotion. For Eligible iPad purchases, only one (1) Promotion Product per Qualified Purchaser may be obtained during this promotion. You must demonstrate that you meet the Qualified Purchaser requirements above prior to your purchase. Resellers, public entities, government entities, non-profit organisations, educational institutions, enterprise purchasers and business purchasers do not qualify, and Apple reserves the right to cancel purchases made by such purchasers. If Apple determines that you participated in this promotion but were not a Qualified Purchaser, Apple will charge the amount of the Promotion Savings received.
OTHER RESTRICTIONS:
This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. This offer may be combined with other Apple promotions that are directed to individual end-user customers and offered during the same promotion period in the Qualifying Locations, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations applicable to this promotion and such other Apple promotion(s). Apple is also not responsible for any loss, destruction or theft of your qualifying Eligible Product or Promotion Product. Apple reserves the right to change without notice the Terms and Conditions of this promotion, or modify or end this promotion at any time without notice.
