    The CalDigit Thunderbolt 3 Mini Dock is a bus-powered dock that lets you connect your Thunderbolt 3-equipped Mac to two HDMI-enabled TVs or displays up to 4K at 60Hz. It also provides connection to a Gigabit Ethernet network, a USB-A 3.0* device — such as your flash drive, camera or SD card reader — and a USB 2.0* keyboard/mouse. The mini dock’s compact design makes it perfect for travel, so you can instantly connect dual 4K displays and essential accessories no matter where you are.

      Great for the Rode

      This is probably the cheapest option for anyone that wants to do dual 4K. However, I grabbed it for presentations when I am on the road.       Disappointed

      I bought this dock to connect 2 monitors, network, external drive and my favorite old USB-corded Apple keyboard (10-key version). the unit ran hot, but the rea I bought this dock to connect 2 monitors, network, external drive and my favorite old USB-corded Apple keyboard (10-key version). the unit ran hot, but the reason I returned the dock is that my new MacBook Pro didn't know the keyboard was there when it was plugged into the USB 2.0 port, only when I plugged it in the USB 3.0 port (which meant no ext drive). very disapointed!!

      After dealing with a lot of 3rd part USB-C adapters, I tried out this thunderbolt 3 dock, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. The price does seem a bit expensive, but considering that this is a portable thunderbolt 3 dock, I am very happy with this product. - No glitches when connected to display - Keyboard/mouse connectivity is perfect (Would have issues with my old USB-C adapter) - Does not get too hot, something that my previous adapter
