Apple関連会社
本書において、Apple関連会社とは、Appleのプライバシーポリシーが適用されるAppleの完全所有法人のことをいうものとします。お客様がApple Accountを作成する場合、本書または関連するサービスに適用される利用規約に別段の記載がない限り、およびお客様の地域に応じて、「Apple」とは以下のいずれかを意味するものとします。
- 米国（プエルトリコを含む）に居住するユーザーの場合：Apple Inc.（所在地：One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, California, United States）
- カナダまたはカナダの領土および属領地に居住するユーザーの場合：Apple Canada Inc.（所在地：120 Bremner Blvd., Suite 1600, Toronto ON M5J 0A8, Canada）
- メキシコ、中南米、カリブ諸国もしくは領土内（プエルトリコを除く）に居住するユーザーの場合：Apple Services LATAM LLC（所在地：1 Alhambra Plaza, Ste 700 Coral Gables, Florida, United States）
- 日本に居住するユーザーの場合：iTunes株式会社（所在地：〒106-6140 東京都港区六本木6丁目10番1号 六本木ヒルズ）
- 属島、領土、所属する管轄区域を含むオーストラリアとニュージーランドに居住するユーザーの場合：Apple Pty Limited（所在地：Level 3, 20 Martin Place, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia）
- ブータン、ブルネイ・ダルサラーム、カンボジア、フィジー、ラオス人民民主共和国、マカオ、モルディブ、ミクロネシア連邦、モンゴル、ミャンマー、ナウル、ネパール、パラオ、パプアニューギニア、スリランカ、ソロモン諸島、韓国、トンガ、バヌアツに居住するユーザーの場合：Apple Services Pte. Ltd（所在地：7 Ang Mo Kio Street 64, Singapore 569086）
- その他すべてのユーザーの場合：Apple Distribution International Limited（所在地：Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Republic of Ireland）
AppleメディアサービスおよびiCloud
Appleメディアサービスには、App Store、Apple Arcade、Apple Books、Apple Fitness+、Apple Games、Apple Music、Apple News、Apple News+、Apple One、Apple Podcast、Apple Podcastサブスクリプション、Apple TV、Apple TVサブスクリプション、Apple TVチャンネル、Game Center、iTunesが含まれます（利用可能な場合）。
サービスを提供するAppleの法人は、地域に応じて以下の通りです。
- 米国（プエルトリコを含む）に居住するユーザーの場合：Apple Inc.（所在地：One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, California, United States）
- カナダに居住するユーザーの場合：Apple Canada Inc.（所在地：120 Bremner Blvd., Suite 1600, Toronto ON M5J 0A8, Canada）

Appleのデータ処理のデータコントローラーとしての役割を果たすAppleの法人は、地域に応じて以下の通りです。
