iPad Pro includes eSIM technology that enables fast, convenient and secure activation of mobile data plans. There are a few ways to activate eSIM on your iPad including transferring from another iPad, joining an existing iPhone mobile plan, adding a new plan in Settings, scanning a QR code or using an app from a carrier.

AppleCare+ for iPad provides expert technical support and additional hardware coverage for iPad, Apple Pencil and Apple-branded iPad keyboard from Apple, including unlimited incidents of accidental damage protection. Each incident is subject to a service fee of NZ$49 for screen repair, NZ$169 for other accidental damage to 11-inch iPad Pro (M5), 13-inch iPad Pro (M5), 11-inch iPad Air (M3), 13-inch iPad Air (M3); NZ$75 for accidental damage to all other iPad models, and NZ$49 for Apple Pencil or Apple-branded iPad keyboard. In addition, you’ll get 24/7 priority access to Apple experts by chat or phone through getsupport.apple.com. Coverage begins on your AppleCare+ purchase date.
