Store Manager may be the official job title, but Visionary is more like it. We’re looking for people with premium-brand retail store or district leadership experience who are ready to take it up a notch. Assistant Store Manager

As second-in-command, you’ll use your people skills and business know-how to create a retail environment that inspires both employees and customers. Put your enthusiasm for technology, projects and ideas to work while monitoring customer experiences, leading training and development, and driving sales. Applicants should have 3–5 years of retail leadership experience.

Apple Creatives believe that anything is possible if you put your Mac to it — and they want the world to know it. If you’ve mastered Apple pro and consumer applications, you can share your expertise through workshops and one-to-one customer training. This is a great place for digital artists of all kinds, including photographers, filmmakers, musicians, editors and web designers.

Genius

As a friendly face behind the Genius Bar, you’ll be able to take the thorniest questions and answer them in plain old English. Troubleshoot hardware and software. Provide basic customer training. And perform timely repairs. All of which make for some very happy customers. Last but not least, you’ll serve as a resident expert and coach for your sales assistant colleagues.

Every location provides regular training, which counts as work time, to keep you up to date on the latest Apple and third-party products. You can also get training to help you move ahead as a Genius, Creative or Manager — or to transition to one of those tracks from your current position.
