When will my order be delivered?

It’s easy to check the status of your order. First, visit your Order Listing page and sign in to your Apple Account. After that, select an item to view your order details, including an estimated delivery date.

How do I track my order?

For items shipped to a physical address, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with the delivery provider’s information, an estimated delivery date and, if available, a tracking number. If you ordered multiple items, you may have separate tracking information for each one. Picking up at an Apple Store? Once your order is ready, we’ll send a pick-up notification email with the Apple Store location. If you are picking up from an authorised location, the delivery provider will notify you as soon as the item is ready at that location. You can also view shipping and pick-up information by selecting an item from your Order Listing page.

How do I know if an item is available for pick-up?

While you’re shopping online, our product pages will include a “Pick-Up: Check Availability” link if this is your first time selecting an Apple Store. Click this link to see if an item is available nearby. If you’ve previously selected an Apple Store, the product page will show if the item is available for pick-up at that location. When you’re ready to purchase, select “I’ll pick it up” at check-out and choose your preferred Apple Store or an authorised pick-up location nearby. We’ll send you a pick-up email, mobile notification or both when your order is ready.

How do I edit or cancel my order?

Sign in to your Order Listing page and select an item to view your order details. If the status reads “Processing” or “Order Placed”, you may be able to edit the item. If the status reads “Processing”, you can cancel it online before it ships. If you cancel an item that’s shipping to a physical address, you will not be billed. If you cancel a pick-up item, you may be billed. We will initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancellation request.

How do I return my product?

You have 14 calendar days to return an item. To return an item to Apple, sign in to your Order Listing page and select an item, then use the “Start a Return” link. You can also return the item to your nearest Apple Store.
