A prior question was asked about this but there was no helpful reply. Suddenly this error started occurring (under Mac OS 12.3.2) when I click on the Languages & Region icon in System Preferences. Restarting the Mac did not correct the issue. Upgrading to Mac OS 12.4 has not corrected the issue. It seems like there are probably some corrupt preferences or similar data.
