These age confirmation requirements apply to Apple Accounts in the UK :
We recently traveled from the US to the UK for a couple of weeks. Both my wife and I used our iPads extensively while traveling, both using local wi-if and using our phones for connectivity (we had ATT International Day Pass for this; worked smoothly). Since returning, we’re both finding that Safari will seem to prefer connecting to the UK version of a site, for example amazon.co.uk or google.co.uk or such. I’ve checked time zones, location parameters, no luck. Anyone have any ideas about this?...
We are deeply disappointed that our customers in the UK will no longer have the option to enable Advanced Data Protection (ADP), especially given the continuing rise of data breaches and other threats to customer privacy. Apple remains committed to offering our users the highest level of security for their personal data and we are hopeful that we will be able to do so in the future in the United Kingdom ....

I live in the UK but have family in the USA. I recently joined Apple One and shared that family plan with them. However, it seems that although it says they have access to Apple Music, when they try to access it it asks them to pay. The news + subscription service works fine, what’s the deal with Apple Music is this a geo/location blocking thing? Because that would be pretty frustrating considering in a global society families can live all over the world?!? any help would be great thanks!...
