Adobe Creative Suite
You must purchase qualifying products, as listed below, on a single invoice, utilizing Apple’s Education Individual discount. You must be a qualified educational individual end-user purchaser as outlined below, and not a reseller, institution or enterprise, to obtain this promotional offer. Products must be purchased from Apple Retail, Apple Telesales or the Apple Online Store and delivered to an address in Canada.
Education Individual Purchase Qualifications
Only full- or part-time students enrolled at a higher education institution and/or faculty and staff at a higher education institution or K-12 institution qualify. A higher education institution is defined as an accredited public or private university or college that grants degrees requiring not less than the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time study. A K-12 institution is defined as a public or private educational institution for any or all grades kindergarten through 12th grade. You may purchase only one license of any Adobe title under this program.
Students: You must provide a photocopy of a valid, current student ID that includes your name, a date, and a photo. If you do not have such an ID, you must instead provide a photocopy of a valid photo ID and one of the following items:
- Official, current non-photo student ID with name and date
- Official, current school transcript indicating name of school and student
- Official, current school tuition bill indicating name of school and student
- Official, current report card indicating name of school and student
- Other official dated proof of enrollment
If you are under the age of majority in your province or territory and do not have a valid photo ID, you may provide a letter on institution letterhead from the registrar’s office of the eligible educational institution that you attend. The letter must state your name and provide your current enrollment status.
Faculty and staff: if you are faculty or staff at a higher education institution or K-12 institution, you must provide proof of your current employment.
Proof of employment includes a current, valid photo identification and one of the following documents providing evidence of current employment: School photo identification card that includes date validating current status, faculty or staff pay cheque stubs, or a letter on institution letterhead from the institution at which you are faculty or staff.
You may use a digital camera or scanner to capture the image of your proof of eligibility. Please ensure all documents are clear, legible, and true to size.
Acceptable formats include JPEG, GIF, BMP, TIF, and PDF. Your image file must be no larger than 3MB. If you cannot produce digital copies of your proof of eligibility, please contact email@example.com to receive instructions for faxing copies of these documents.
This software is for use by qualified higher education students, and faculty, and staff of higher education and/or K-12 institutions, only for their personal or educational use on a computer that you use regularly for education purposes and that is not owned by the institution that you attend or the institution at which you are faculty or staff.
You must provide validation of your qualification to continue use of the product beyond the initial 30-day trial period. You can provide validation of your qualification online at http://www.myidentit-e.com/adobe-na.
To obtain your full-license serial number, you will need:
- Access to the Internet
- To provide your current e-mail address
- The product code printed on the Adobe Software package insert
- A digital copy of your proof of eligibility (see “Eligibility” for required documents and acceptable formats)

Only individuals who are able to provide proper proof of eligibility will receive a serial number for their Adobe Student Edition products.
