      Thunderbolt is fast but it is a terrible connection

      Thunderbolt too easily loses connections from external peripherals like external HDDs and card readers. I use thunderbolt to transfer 4k video from my cameras S Thunderbolt too easily loses connections from external peripherals like external HDDs and card readers. I use thunderbolt to transfer 4k video from my cameras SSD to a thunderbolt drive and it regularly disconnects at the slightest movement. Not acceptable for a purported professional connection. Sure the speeds are great, but no point of you have to have 3 goes at transferring some data because the cable dislodges.

      Godspeed.

      Just as the name suggests, this cable is obscenely fast. Cable snagged a little bit but it was no issue at all. Used it with my new Macbook Pro 15 inch touch ba Just as the name suggests, this cable is obscenely fast. Cable snagged a little bit but it was no issue at all. Used it with my new Macbook Pro 15 inch touch bar with G-drive for video editing and worked smoothly.
