Returns: Step-by-Step

If you change your mind, you can return your Standard or Configured-to-Order hardware to us within 14 calendar days of delivery. If your item was originally delivered to a pickup point, you can return your order to us within 14 calendar days of collecting your item. Software returns are also accepted within this period, but only if the software was not unsealed. This option is in addition to your consumer rights to return defective products. Drop Off
Step 1:

Returns can be arranged via our online Order Status website.

Alternatively, you can contact Apple Store Customer Service to make arrangements for your return.

In each case, be sure to have your Web Order Number available.

Step 2:

Once your return request is arranged:

  • Print return label and attach the label to your box. If you have more boxes, click ‘Print Another Label’ for each one.
  • Drop off your item to your chosen pickup point within five days of arranging your return.

  • Print return label and attach the label to your box. If you have more boxes, click ‘Print Another Label’ for each one.
  • Schedule a collection directly with UPS at www.UPS.com, or call 03457 877 877. You can arrange a collection for a specific date, within a four-hour time window. Your goods must be collected within five days of arranging your return.

How long does it take to process my refund?

Once your goods are back at Apple’s warehouse, your refund will be processed. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to reach your account. For cash payments such as cheque and wire transfer, we will require your bank details, IBAN/SWIFT, to proceed with the refund to your account
