* Terms of use - Afterpay Pay Monthly

Pay Monthly may be used for purchases made at Apple Retail Stores or the Apple Online Store (www.apple.com/au (Opens in a new window), via Telesales, 133-622 or Chat). Available instalment terms are 6, 12 or 24 months; the applicable term is determined by the eligible product which will be shown at check-out.

Pay Monthly is a monthly instalment continuing credit contract provided by Afterpay Australia Pty Ltd (“Afterpay”, ABN 15 169 342 947; Australian Credit Licence Number 527911). Apple is not a credit provider and does not hold an Australian credit licence. Credit is provided by Afterpay. Pay Monthly is available only to approved customers who have an Afterpay Pay in 4 Account in good standing and a valid debit card. Your access to and use of Pay Monthly is subject to credit assessment and approval by Afterpay. Approval is not guaranteed. If you are approved, a credit contract will be required to be entered into with Afterpay. All purchases made with Afterpay’s Pay Monthly are subject to the terms of your credit contract with Afterpay. This includes that the amount of credit provided by Afterpay for the purchase does not exceed the available spend amount for your Pay Monthly account, and that Afterpay approves the purchase. Approval of a purchase using Pay Monthly is not guaranteed.

Apple has the sole discretion to decide which product(s) are eligible for Pay Monthly offers at any time. Afterpay determines the eligibility criteria for Pay Monthly, undertakes the credit assessment and determines its approval when you apply for Pay Monthly or request to use Pay Monthly for a purchase. 0% p.a. interest is available on eligible purchases during selected periods. The availability of the offers will be displayed at check-out prior to purchase. Apple reserves the right to make changes to offers without notice at any time. Pay Monthly offers are subject to change and may be modified or withdrawn at any time (does not apply to existing Pay Monthly orders already created). Pay Monthly is only available for eligible products with a minimum product value of A$30. If your order total exceeds your available spend amount for your Pay Monthly account with Afterpay, you might be provided the option to pay the difference upfront and finance the remaining balance with Afterpay Pay Monthly. Alternatively, you can complete your purchase using a different payment method. Any change in the financing terms and interest rates by Afterpay will change the Pay Monthly offers shown on this page (does not apply to existing Pay Monthly orders already created).

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification with the updated delivery date. Purchases made with Pay Monthly will be debited to your Afterpay account when Apple notifies Afterpay your purchased product is ready for shipment or available for collection in store. Any purchases in your bag not made using Pay Monthly will be debited to your selected payment method at the time your order is placed. Prices displayed are inclusive of GST. Monthly payments to Afterpay are required. The timing and amount of your monthly repayments (including any fees and charges) will be displayed in the Afterpay App. Your spend limit, available spend amount, instalment amounts, applicable fees and charges, and payment schedule are determined by Afterpay in accordance with your credit contract with Afterpay. Apple does not charge or collect any fees relating to your financing.

If you choose trade-in when placing the purchase order, the trade-in value shown during check-out is an estimate only. The final value may be lower or higher and will be determined by Apple or its trade-in partner after inspection of the device being traded in. Not all devices are eligible for credit. You must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible to trade in for credit or for an Apple Gift Card. If the final trade-in value is determined to be lower than the estimate, you will have the option to accept or reject the revised value. If you accept the revised value, you will owe the difference between the estimated trade-in value and the final trade-in value, and a new Pay Monthly order will be created in accordance with your credit contract with Afterpay to fund payment of this amount. If you reject the revised value, your trade-in will be cancelled and your device will be returned to you, and you will owe the full estimated trade-in value. If you fail to deliver the trade-in device to Apple (or its trade-in partner) within the timeframe prescribed by Apple or under the trade-in terms and conditions, you will owe the full estimated trade-in value. In either case, a new Pay Monthly order will be created to fund payment of the full estimated trade-in value. Afterpay will determine whether to approve a new Pay Monthly order referred to in this paragraph. Apple is not responsible for credit decisions. If the new Pay Monthly order is approved, monthly payments to Afterpay are required as described above and this will increase your total monthly repayments to Afterpay. If the final trade-in value is higher than the estimate, the amount financed will not change and you will receive an Apple Gift Card for the difference.

If you return a product in accordance with Apple’s return policy, Afterpay will adjust your financing arrangement and/or refund any applicable amounts to you directly in accordance with your credit contract. Any Afterpay account or credit facility you hold will continue unless and until you separately cancel them in accordance with Afterpay’s terms.

** Terms of Use - Latitude Financing

6, 12 and 24 months interest free finance with Latitude is available to approved customers where the amount financed is A$150 to A$299 for 6 months, A$300 to A$599 for 12 months and over A$600 for 24 months. Apple reserves the right to extend without notice at any time.

General Terms & Conditions

In order to qualify for the above offers, purchases must be made at Apple Retail Stores or the Apple Online Store (via Telesales, 133‑622 or Chat). To qualify for these 0% interest offers, purchases must be made using a Latitude Gem Visa and Latitude GO Mastercard issued by Latitude Finance Australia. Please note that interest rates, fees and card features presented on this page relate only to the Latitude Gem Visa credit card. Approved customers only. 0% interest offers available on advertised or ticketed price. For Minimum Monthly Payments (Interest Free Promotion), Monthly repayments are required (exact amounts specified in your statement). Paying only the minimum monthly payment will not pay out the purchase before the end of the plan. For Equal monthly payments (Instalment Interest Free Promotion), equal monthly payments are required (exact amounts specified in your statement). If you fail to make your minimum monthly payment for two consecutive months, you agree that your equal monthly payment plans (Instalment Interest Free Promotion) will change into a minimum monthly payment plan. For all payment plans, if there is an outstanding balance after the interest free period ends, Latitude will charge a 29.99% p.a. interest rate (subject to change) at the Expired Promotional Purchase Rate for the Latitude Gem Visa credit card. Orders placed with the Online Store (via Telesales, 133‑622 or Chat) and paid for using one of the cards issued by Latitude as shown above are not eligible for Apple Store Pick-Up. If you made your purchase from the Online Store (via Telesales, 133‑622 or Chat) using one of the cards issued by Latitude as shown above, the delivery date in your order confirmation may not apply. Orders placed using 0% interest cards issued by Latitude are ‘complete ship’. This means that your order will not be dispatched until all items in your order are available for shipping. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification with the updated delivery date. Purchases are billed to your account upon your order being processed. 0% interest offers only available on orders without trade-in.
