      Worse than the iPad Pro 9.7" Smart Cover.

      I bought Smart Covers for all my iPads including the iPad minis, iPad Pros and iPad Airs.I was sicked with the old blue Smart Cover for the iPad Air 2 so I deci I bought Smart Covers for all my iPads including the iPad minis, iPad Pros and iPad Airs.I was sicked with the old blue Smart Cover for the iPad Air 2 so I decided to make a change. I bought this Smart Cover and found that it's very annoying! I always take good care of my Apple Products and all of them are in Perfect Condition! However, this Smart Cover ruined my iPad. The place where the Smart Cover's magnet attached to, scratched by the Smart Cover, not 1 scratch, but 3 scratches! I don't understand what material is this. I wiped the Smart Cover with wet tissues before attaching it to the iPad so that it's dust free! So that means it's the material of the Smart Cover which causes the scratches. Besides, the magnet of the Smart Cover is not as strong as the iPad Pros'. Definitely not worth it. Think about it before buying! [This is my personal experience, doesn't mean that all the Smart Covers will have the same problems.]

      weak magnet

      It's unfortunate that there aren't more case options for the new iPad 9.7. I wanted a full case (back and cover) but the smart cover is currently the only optio It's unfortunate that there aren't more case options for the new iPad 9.7. I wanted a full case (back and cover) but the smart cover is currently the only option. The magnet is so weak that it won't hold the iPad upright horizontally and won't stay connected when holding it vertically in one hand. Incredibly over-priced at $40 and useless to boot.

      Wouldn't expect this from Apple

      This cover just doesn't work the way the other covers do. The magnet doesn't align with the iPad and it easily gets unattached from iPad.       Awful, poor quality, flimsy structure, falling to bits

      I’ve had my cover for just 18 months and it’s falling to bits. It no longer works as a wedge to prop up th iPad as the polyurethane is splitting away from the h I’ve had my cover for just 18 months and it’s falling to bits. It no longer works as a wedge to prop up th iPad as the polyurethane is splitting away from the hinge. Not worth the money! The old covers for the iPad gen 1 were so much more robust this is apple profit over quality at its worst. Don’t buy!

      Not Very Smart Case

      BEWARE! This case is just a folding cover for the screen held on (not very firmly) by a magnet. My new iPad has dropped out of the case onto the floor 3 times BEWARE!       flimsy.

      So my original cover wore out and I replaced it with a new one, but it is flimsy and doesn't hold the ipad steady when the cover is folded into a stand. You would think for $40 the cover would be sturdy and work flawlessly. A one trillion dollar company shouldn't be selling overpriced junk. My faith in apple is waning.
